Read moreThe Imperial Lounge area is in the right wing of the hotel. The cost is quite high but has several advantages. Being able to eat snacks, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, and hot or cold soft drinks all day long. Having breakfast with an à la carte menu in a quieter place than the large Saffron or Kaleidoscope buffets. Alcoholic drinks are available between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Access to the Imperial Beach is on the left side of the hotel, it is also interesting because there are fewer children and you can also enjoy drinks, but only between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. It would be interesting to have adult-only areas in both the lounge and the beach. Many around me were also complaining of similar poor service that day. A shame considering this is supposedly a more exclusive section...
