Worst experience.. the water fountain timings is not punctual. As they informed 7 pm but this hasn't started by 7:00 at least 7:10 no but for temporary to get people attention they turned on music. Finally the fountain started at 7:18 pm and ended at 7:20 pm. The music is also not audible as Dubai Mall fountain .. it hasn't started. But they are charging 20 AED for parking but after 40 minutes we thought of leaving but heavy traffic at exit and they collected extra 10 AED for waiting 30 min extra in parking traffic at exit finally I paid 30 Aed for 40 minutes of enjoying but it's not literally enjoying.. for 2 min show.. As the parking rates are high also people want to visit for this fountain but no use they are not punctual. For parking charges and the facilities they provide are worst than you think.. very less security personal. They are not guiding the people to their destination as well. Very less number of covid protocols followed.. there is free parking if you spend 100 aed here. But I think is this worth for spending 100 AED to get free parking.. but u can get a lots of varieties of restaurants here. You can prefer this mall for eating something. Nothing in this mall.no attractive features.. indecent security approach, for their mistakes we paid the bills extra. no perfect invoices for...
Read moreIt was an amazing evening. If u see a line up of cars they are all heading to the East parking. If ur the restless kind u can go to the main entrance and ask for valet parking Alternatively u can park in Nakheel Mall n take the shuttle bus back n forth. We parked in the East wing n walked up a few stairs to get close to the water crescent area. But go before sunset to soak in the scenic beauty of the place. Aqua bike rides are fun filled n cost Dhs 49 for two on board. U need to pedal around the water to keep the bike afloat. Plenty of food joints around the water crescent area. Both fine dining n casual dining. The musical fountain is breathtaking n can be viewed from ground level n 1st level u can reach there by esclating ur self to the balcony area. U can also spread a sheet or put up beach chairs n chillax on the sandy beach overlooking the Atlantis Hotel. Washrooms are plenty all along the way.A few joy rides are found for kiddos. Many ramps are around leading u up n down the priority viewing areas n dining areas so babies in strollers n elderly physically challenged on wheel chairs can easily access...
Read moreAs being the biggest fountain in the world, we cannot argue that since this is documented fact, but as a visitor you so not feel that it is that large since it is more of two completely separate fountains where a viewer in the location cannot enjoy them both together. Accorsingly, Dubai Mall's fountain will seem to be much bigger being one fountain that can be seen from all around the place! Also if I compare with Dubai Mall's, the show of the fountain seems to be much shorter in The Pointe case, and the quality of the audio is also not that impressive. When it comes to the restaurants around, you find multinoptuons of casual dining restaurants with great view over the fountain and the Atlantis, also away from the water seen you can find many other fast food and coffee places all around. In general it is a nice place to have dinner and spend an evening with the family or friends as long as the whether allows outside setting. When we went, it was a weekend and so crowdy, accordingly it wasn't that easy to find a parking though plenty are available. The place in general is friendly for wheelchairs and...
