Atmosphere: The restaurant looks very nice and actually very luxurious. It has white tiles with grey lines in it and those typical Arabic arches. Everything is in white, but they have painted some patterns on the wall that give the entire place a modern arabic flair. The seats are very comfortable and you can inside or outside on the terrace. Services: Service is amazing. We had a waiter named Ramadan and he was just amazing. I have never seen such a dedicated waiter, someone who seems to love his job and actually try to make your stay as lovely as possible. He was very helpful in advising us on the menu and what we might like based on the feedback we gave him. He knew exactly how the dishes are cooked and why he would believe that we might like a dish or not. For example my wife and me told him that we have tried many Lebanese restaurants in London, Germany and other countries but felt like we never got what we were looking for. We explained that we don’t like lamb, because of the smell as it is cooked often with some fat that makes it smell. He than recommended some dishes that I will explain in the next section, but the amount of detail he had on the food and how it is cooked was amazing. We followed his recommendation and it was the best choice for us. He came many many times asking us if we need anything, our glasses were never empty, he always made sure we have enough space on our table and took away empty plates. We hope to be served again by him on our next visit. I would actually take the initiative and ask to be served by him. Such a lovely person!!! Food: Most important thing, it’s the best Lebanese food I ever had. I went many times to Edgware Road in London, tried the Lebanese restaurant Emir in Frankfurt and the Lebanese restaurant from the Jumeirah Hotel in Frankfurt. We were never satisfied by the food and were thinking it might be the wrong cuisine for us. This time we were proven wrong. Incredible and amazing food. We had three starters with Hummus, Baba Ghanouj and the Octopus. I would urge everyone to try the Octopus. It is worth every cent you pay for it. Main courses we had both the chicken tavouk, I hope I am spelling it correct. They were extremely soft and had a very nice individual taste that came from the marinade. Deserts, we had a small mixture of baklava, but we couldn’t really enjoy it as we had too much food. Therefore I have to admit I might be biased when saying that I didn’t like it that much. It was a bit hard and not as soft as I remember from other places. But like I said I might be biased in my view so please try for yourself. Conclusion: I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. There is nothing that we didn’t like. Very good service, fairly priced, nice atmosphere and ask for Ramadan to get an even better experience.

We recently had an amazing experience with this restaurant within the luxurious confines of the Atlantis Hotel, Ayamna stands as a beacon of culinary excellence and sophistication. From the moment one steps foot into the restaurant, it's evident that every detail has been meticulously crafted to provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience. It exudes an air of opulence and refinement, with its sleek decor, ambient lighting, and plush seating arrangements. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and traditional charm, making it an ideal setting for both intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings. The menu boasts a tantalizing array of Mediterranean delights, with a particular emphasis on fresh seafood and succulent meats. One dish that simply cannot be missed is the jumbo-sized shrimp, perfectly grilled to tender perfection and bursting with flavor. Equally impressive are the mutton chops, tender and juicy, with a rich marinade that tantalizes the taste buds with every bite. Complementing these main courses is a selection of delectable salads, each bursting with vibrant colors and bold flavors. From crisp greens to exotic fruits and tangy dressings, the salads at Ayamna are a refreshing and palate-cleansing addition to any meal. The staff are very professionals, providing attentive and personalized service that enhances the overall dining experience. From the moment guests are seated, they are greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable evening. The waitstaff is knowledgeable about the menu and eager to offer recommendations, ensuring that every diner finds the perfect dish to satisfy their cravings. Dining at Ayamna is not simply a meal; it's a culinary journey that tantalizes the senses and leaves a lasting impression. From the exquisite ambiance to the impeccable service and, most importantly, the unforgettable flavors, every aspect of the experience is carefully curated to delight and amaze. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a memorable meal, Ayamna is a destination that promises to exceed all expectations.

Hi guys Me, my wife and my 3yr old daughter decided to dine here whilst staying at the Atlantis in January The manager Reda was absolutely fantastic and he decided to host us. He enquired about our dietary requirements and asked about any allergies. He then seated us outside in a booth where we could embrace the lively band and warm ambience The food was not below par of a michilen star restaurant. They catered to and exceeded all of our needs The starters were lavish and once we had them we didn have much space for the main course I loved everything we had so let's see what I recall now that I'm back in cold London Kunifa prawns very crunchy and tasty Cheese spring rolls my daughter absolutely loved them Tabosh and the salad was delicious We also had humus with wagay beef... This is a must!! The beef is the best iv had.. Even better then the Michelin star restaurants iv dine in!! We also had tiger prawns... And let me tell u this was sublime.. The prawns were the size of my forearm and they marinated in a beautiful silky spicy sauce. The prawns were tender and easily peeled with a gentle tug. Tbh I thought I was eating lobster until Reda pointed out these were prawns only available in dubai Gluttony continued with lamb shank... Oh I'm not lamb shank person but this was mouth watering and this was accompanied with saffron rice... Beautiful At this point I had no space in my belly but Reda continued to lavish us with dessert Sticky chocolate date lava cake drooled in choclate.. And then a pistachio cheesecake... And some balaclava To summarise everything was on point and the food was one of the best iv ever had and the whole experience took over 2 hours... But the evening went so fast The service from the waiters was fantastic Gavan and Ramadan fab guys.. So attentive and they really genuinely cared especially for my daughter Jus avoid the miserable hostess.. So guys please do visit this restaurant I shall do when I go back I wanna say i did not get paid to write this review and my experience was amazing and honest Thumbs up to Reda and his amazing team

An Unforgettable Culinary Journey at Ayamna - A Five-Star Revelation!

From the moment we stepped into Ayamna at The Atlantis, we knew we were in for something special, but what unfolded was beyond our wildest culinary dreams. This restaurant is not just about food; it's an immersive experience where keen attention to detail in crafting pure deliciousness shines through in every single dish.

Every meal prepared by the exceptionally talented Chef Ali El Bourji was, without exaggeration, the best we have ever tasted. From the vibrant and flavorful Mezze, a delightful tapestry of textures and tastes, to my personal favorite, the Shanklish, each bite was an explosion of authentic Lebanese flavors, perfectly balanced and expertly executed. You could truly taste the passion and artistry in every morsel. But the experience at Ayamna transcended the incredible food, thanks in no small part to the phenomenal service, especially from the absolutely AMAZING Youssef. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm elevated our evening to another level. We were thoroughly entertained by his mischievous boyhood antics as he playfully described the lengths he would go to acquire the delicious food sitting before us. His charm and engaging personality made us feel like cherished guests, adding a unique and memorable dimension to our dining experience.

The entire team at Ayamna clearly takes immense pride in what they do, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and seamless service. The ambiance of the restaurant itself is elegant and inviting, providing the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary culinary adventure. If you ever find yourself in Dubai, making a reservation at Ayamna is not just recommended – it's an absolute MUST. And when you do, be sure to ask for Youssef. His exceptional service and infectious personality will undoubtedly enhance your already incredible dining experience.

Thank you, Atlantis, for allowing us to experience the superb skills and artistry of Ayamna. This was a truly delectable and unforgettable evening, and we cannot...
