When I went to Dubai, the desert safari experience was a must try for me.

After some searching I choose Arabian Extreme safari for a full experience with 4x4 dune bashing, ATV riding and arabian night with barbeque. Asim Khan was our driver and he was precisely on time for the pick-up from our hotel. Clearly experienced, he gave us quite some thrills on the dune bashing adventure. I also liked the arbian show and the food was tasty.

And if you are wondering why I didn't give 5 star, here it is: while the dune bashing was great, it was also a little bit short. On their site it said it is somewhere between 30 to 40 minutes and it wasn't so.

Also, the ATV riding wasn't quite so exciting. They don't have their own ATVs and we went to a renting place. There was a fenced space inside which we could ride the ATVs, like a hamster on a wheel. It was an option to choose a proper desert safari ATV experience, but they didn't tell me until we got there and of course it was costing extra. I would have liked to know that from the begining.

All in all a good experience around 3.5 stars from my point of view. I gave 4 because I asked Asim if it was possible for him to do some dune bashing so I could take some pictures from outside the car and he...

I recently went on a desert safari, and it was an unforgettable experience, made even better by our incredible guide, Shah Jan. From start to finish, Shah Jan went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. His expertise in navigating the dunes was impressive, and he made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire journey.

The safari itself was thrilling—sandboarding, dune bashing, and even a beautiful sunset over the desert. Shah Jan made sure we didn’t miss a single moment of the adventure, and his attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the trip. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about sharing the wonders of the desert with us.

Not only did he provide an exhilarating ride through the dunes, but he also offered fascinating insights into the culture and history of the area, adding a personal touch to the experience. The traditional dinner at the camp, complete with entertainment and local delicacies, was a perfect way to end the day.
