Excellent recreational area! Lots of green space and there's a gigantic manmade pond in the middle. Very nice place to work and hang out because I work here and always go for a walk here before going home. There's a lot of cats around and they're close to people. What a stress relief! The view of Dubai Marina skyline is very nice at night, which makes this place very worth visiting for everyone! It would be nice if they can take advantage of the green space and build a small park for the children as I notice there's some families walking by from time to time, assuming there's several residential apartments and houses nearby.
