Used their services today, had booked through dsk tours for a 4 hour deep sea fishing. Have done deep sea fishing couple of times before in dubai a few years back. This had to be the worst experience. Boat is fine but customer service seems totally off. Had spoken to captain yesterday on phone and reconfirmed trip today morning start at 6 am. We were with him at 5.55 sharp and he mentioned that toilet is not comfortable and to use them in the Marina pier and get in. So started trip by 6.20, he just took us probably 30-40 mins into sea but first 15/20 mins at the speed limit so obviously not deep sea. We could clearly see dubai coastline and all buildings. Stopped in choppy waters and told that the weather is bad and you won’t catch fish. Even after asking repeatedly to check in sonar or atleast move to a drifferent location he dint seem interested. Once the fishing rod felt like it was pulled and said it’s rock , we are just above rocks. So my question is how deep is the sea if my fishing bait has touched sea bottom? After an hour he suggests we should get back cos we won’t catch anything and looking at his interest we also agreed. Dropped us back by 9 am. So paid for 4 hour deeep sea fishing, lasted for 2.5 hours and dint go deep not helped us with fishing location. Total flop show. Would recommend to use another service: previous two times I had taken from the jumeira side and the service was exceptional. The captain was keep to give us a good experience and here he was keen to drop us back. Yes though we had taken motion sickness tablets couple of us did throw up into the plastic bags but we never complained or made a scene. This has happened in previous trips and it was handled sportively by earlier captains. I would sincerely recommend all to look for another...

I really wanted to love the yatch as I was celebrating a milestone birthday but unfortunately the quality of the yatch internally was a very poor representation of the photos and videos posted. I hired the 60ft and its clearly seen better days. Clearly years older than led to believe. The sofa was worn and peeling. All fixtures and fittings were worn and tired. The bathroom was stained. There were no hand towels and when asked we were given toilet roll to use. It wasn't pleasant at all.

The fridge inside was rusted. The decor on the whole was tired and worn. The bedrooms too were worn and the quality of bedding and decor poor.

We left about 15minutes after time but they did not give us the extra time which they said they would.

The balloon decorations was only permitted internally so not worth the money paid. Change of Marina rules so not their fault from 1st March 24.

Positives Only saving grace was the upstairs the top deck was lovely and clean and we spent all our time out there. We would have gone out the front but the weather changed the last hour with rain, so didn't get to use it. The staff were lovely. We were able to bring our own food and drinks on board.

The quality of the yatch is a 2 or 3 star at the most, so if you're looking for that 5 star experience sadly I would not...
