I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic buffet restaurant that catered to my love for seafood and sushi. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat. The buffet spread at this place was simply outstanding, and the service provided by the manager, Leilani, and her attentive crew, especially the staff - Muwan, was beyond compare.

The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a tasteful décor that immediately put me at ease. The highlight, however, was the impressive selection of seafood and sushi. I was blown away by the freshness and quality of the dishes on offer. From succulent shrimp to the exquisite variety of sushi rolls, every bite was a delight to the senses.

What truly made my experience remarkable was the level of service provided by Leilani and her team. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. Leilani, with her friendly and welcoming demeanor, made sure that every guest felt valued and comfortable. She effortlessly managed the restaurant, making sure that everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

Muwan, one of the standout staff members, deserves special recognition. I forgot the name of the nice lady, who is very attentive to my needs.

The attention to detail displayed by the staff was remarkable. Empty plates were promptly cleared, and the buffet stations were consistently replenished with fresh, appetizing dishes. Despite the restaurant being busy, I never felt rushed or neglected. The staff's efficiency and professionalism were top-notch.

In addition to the seafood and sushi, the buffet also offered a wide variety of other dishes to cater to every palate. From delectable appetizers and salads to flavorful main courses and tempting desserts, there was something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors of the dishes exceeded my expectations, making this buffet a true culinary gem.

I must also mention the cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained throughout the restaurant. The tables were immaculately set, and the entire dining area was spotless. This attention to cleanliness further enhanced my dining experience.

Overall, my visit to this seafood and sushi buffet restaurant was a delightful journey for my taste buds. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates top-quality cuisine and impeccable service. I can't wait to...

Ginger is the South Asian and Japanese dining option of the only 5 star hotel in the Hudaiba area which means you are in for a treat if you decide to visit the restaurant.

The hotel is still fairly new by all accounts and has already built a base of loyal followers that has been there since day one. Many of the staff were also part of the pre opening team and are still happy to be working there to this day. I was impressed by this mere fact alone as staff often changes.

The restaurant serves some of the more popular items off their menu for their Friday brunch and is a hit as the entire restaurant was sold out, which itself is also pretty impressive.

Ginger served sushi, sashimi, seafood, soups and noodles so they serve basically everything that you can think of.

For the most part I thought the flavors were good. The Al a carte menu looked exciting but I had the buffet instead, which featured great items off the menu also. Regardless of which option you take, you won’t regret not having tried the other.

The kitchen is lively and is in the middle of the restaurant so you can see all the action.

The team takes extra effort to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I asked for a drum leg and the chef decided to remove all the meat off by himself which me asking, not that I would have but it goes to show the level of service that the staff proudly portrays.

Overall I had a great time and recommend you to visit Ginger...

One of the best fried rice and Kung Pao chicken hands down. But unfortunately customer service has typical ignorance of the destination … Definitely need improvement.

First I missed Ramen hours with 2 min.. they were really professional about it!! so they didn’t serve me, which it is understandable..

I believe there was a stone, or something like nutshell inside my fried rice, it actually damaged my front tooth, and I let the waiter know about it.

I didn’t want to create a scene about it, because I was going to look like a “Karen” that trying to get revenge for Ramen 🙃

They were so professional!! But they didn’t do anything about it..

So you are so strict about the food serving hours, but you don’t care your food quality? Or chef doesn’t even bother saying sorry..

Already included tips, charging for large bottle of water, ice bucket without tong, no table tissues.. and needed to pay for stoned rice :)

Little tip for the management: As a Canadian if you would’ve take the rice out of my bill to show you’re sorry, I would definitely tip the amount back to you..

Well, good luck with your delicious food but poor, poor management skills…

Looks like you are...

The Tuesday All You Can Eat Asian Street Theme at The Ginger Restaurant was a good spread of Thai food, including some bbq skewers, dim sum and Japanese Sushi. There was a Peking duck wrap station and includes a free flow of juices and soft drinks. Variety wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the best of a typical buffet restaurant. However, quality and freshness standards are definitely met. I personally enjoyed the bbq prawn skewers, the chicken lollipop and the pineapple fried rice very much. The restaurant ambience was nice and the attentive service provided by the service crew was fantastic, adding extra delight to our dinner. I had a hard time trying to catch the name of the excellent service from the service crew. I think her name was Khemae. Kudos to the team for creating a great dining experience. Will definitely be back to try other Theme Dinners!

Unfortunately a huge disappointment! After reading all the great reviews we had expectations that soon turned into disappointments! We went for the "Unlimited sushi & sashimi night". Extremely limited variety, only 3 rolls, 1 of them is a vegetable roll! Sashimi and Nigiri lack a lot of finess, not nicely cut & even the salmon had some brown meat on! And the tuna didn't taste its best! Plus the refills for Sashimi and Nigiri were Extremely slow! We had to wait for 15 minutes! There was 3 types of dumplings, sauces & 2 kinds of soup. Nothing wow, but not bad either. There was fried chicken tenders which comes in handy if you have kids. The place was understaffed, the waitress & her supervisor were doing their best. That's why I am giving 3 stars. Nice quiet ambience too. As sushi lovers this is not an experience to repeat!

Visited the restaurant to experience their Friday Pan-Asian Brunch. One of the few restaurants offering buffet where we enjoyed each food section. We have eaten a lot of sushi’s and tempura’s. You also have the option for an alcoholic beverages. They have plenty of food options but not so overwhelming, in this way you can easily decide which buffet area to start your meal with. They do have live cooking section too and request the chef to cook something for you (you may ask the chef for options). The Manager were so kind to check on each table if everything’s fine and if they need anything and making sure that everything was organized. We were welcomed by the chef right next to the entrance which makes us feel we are special ☺️. Food, place, staff, price ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
