Great Ambience, very average food.I ate at the RAS restaurant which has alot of Caribbean dishes on the menu , yet they don't have any Caribbean cooks so most if these dishes fall flat . The jerk chicken tasted like tandoori for instance. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery, the hot sauce was lukewarm. The sliders were okay, fish fingers fried a bit too long. If you need a Caribbean Chef, hit me up and I can recommend someone here in Dubai. None of the food was good. The rum cocktails were great though..I recommend the painkiller and the blend. Lets turn to customer service. Took forever to get a waiter over. The Emenu was hard to navigate and of course you couldn't place and order on it. This is 2021. We really enjoyed our visit of one of restaurants in Vista Mare, lovely place and enjoyable service but on the way out we found that parking is payed. Regardless to a bill we spent. We was never informed on entrance and parking guys showed us a board on entrance very dark and very small letters that is is not visible. We was obliged to pay by their own calculations where we also have no proof of time in and out. We just need to trust that their system has no glitches of counting a time we spent there. The guy running it is absolutely vile. Such an aggressive and rude man, he did not like us using the beach even though we had paid for our own paddle boards and access on club vista mare and screamed at the kids we had with us (aged 8, 9 and 11). Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from his behalf and I felt genuinely threatened at what was meant to be a joyful occasion.
