The Tap House Palm Jumeirah — Restaurant in Dubai

There was a promotion paper on the table for only for 2 brends beer; amstel and heinnekein, I have ordered my beer according to this. When I checked the bill there was no discount. I told with the manager and they said nothing to do. Why did I order 6 amstels??So, firsly, You have terrible management, if its out of promotion period, you should inform costumers or remove promation on the table l. Please move paper from table out of the promotion . Anyway, please check your bills, this is the one of the bar can do extra charges.( I think you know what I mean, if you are going to the bars). I will not go there again( palm jumeirah branch). Again please check your bills. Btw, after having discussion with the manager, he is still saying nothing to do.I did not expect this attutite but some of the bar do something just for customer haappiness , they can serve free beer or can serve something , just to make them happy. TAP HOUSE PALM JUMEIRAH totally irresponsive. I am living in Shoreline but it was the frist time that I saw this kind of management. He don't know how to manage the costemers. it was not my first time but it was my last time in this bar. Before going this bar please consider twice. its not deserve you...(.Even before ordering you said we only have lager amstel under promotion, I do bot know how...

We visited this charming restaurant pub yesterday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We were seated outside with a stunning view of the sea, and the fairy lights added a magical touch to the already serene atmosphere.

The food was exceptional. I had been craving fish and chips, and this place delivered beyond expectations—perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and served with fries and flavorful peas. Absolutely 10/10!

We started with appetizers since we were starving upon arrival, and they came out quickly, which we appreciated. The truffle parmesan fries were divine, an easy 10/10. The guacamole was fresh and tasty, but I personally felt it could have used more citrus, tomatoes, and onions. Still, it was a nice starter overall.

For mains, we also tried the Taphouse Burger, which was simply perfect. The juicy wagyu patty paired with a delicious sauce, alongside a side of rich, creamy truffle mash, made for an unforgettable meal. Both dishes were truly top-notch.

The service was outstanding, with an extremely friendly waitress who made the experience even better.

Price-wise, it’s slightly on the higher end, but the portions are generous, and the quality makes it well worth it.

The Tap House is a buzzing gastropub on the Palm Jumeira Dubai, tucked in between an array of buildings & the sea.

I loved ~

The location ~ located right on the beach in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, you can enjoy a drink or savour delicious food while covering or toes in the golden sands and a few shells right by the sea.

The interiors ~ Very Chic, vibes are cool & contemporary. There are three areas of seating, indoors, next to the bar, outdoors on the terrace & on the beach.

Service ~ For me the service was the highlight of this place. I want to mention a few names here. Donald & Jenna Pearl our servers, courteous, gave us some nice recommendations on what to eat, were professional at the same time nice & warm. A special mention of Angelica, who had a good sense of humour & she is a true brand ambassador of The Tap House, enlightened us all about this brand of gastropub here in UAE. Thank you for making our experience here happy.
