I just wanted to write and say âthank youâ so very much for taking the time to deliver aboveâandâbeyond customer service. My husband and I were only able to make it to Belfast for a short afternoon, but we cannot wait to return again, and your kindness set the tone for a beautiful experience during our adventures in Belfast. We accidentally stumbled upon The Jailhouse and were blown away by the creativity and twists & turns that it offered, which is why we wanted to have a keepsake to bring home with us. And for you all to not only order one of the storefront prints, but also to package it up so thoughtfully and have it shipped via DHL so that we could get it in our hands before we fly back to The States just perplexes me. I wish that we could bottle up your customers service and kindness and take it with us to The States, but we will have exactly that once we hang the print in our home, every time...
   Read moreA lovely shop of locally made goods. You could buy thoughtful souvenirs that aren't tacky: from sweaters to black jam, they had it all. Lovely artwork and photography of the local area and Ireland/NI in general. Prices are more expensive, as you'd expect for locally made and often hand-made goods but are good quality. I was there with my cousin who lives abroad, she said she didnât really feel like sheâd gotten home until we were in there. Sorry to any staff of patrons I may have irritated as I was roaring laughing at some of the things they have in here. Had to send my cousin home with the Irish Insult Generator, it had us both in stitches in the shop. Will definitely be back with a shopping...
