Flannels — Local services in Belfast

When we arrived, we were served by the manager. He was annoyed that we chose to use the paper sign in sheeey and not scan the qr code. After showing us to our table he went away to seat another table, despite having arrived after us, he brought them their menus first, and a waitress then brought us the menus. Within 2 minutes of us having the menus he was over asking what we would like to order. When we asked for a specific cake they had on offer he simply said that they had none left, without offering an alternative. When we asked for skimmed milk in our coffee, he sharply replied, saying they only had semi skimmed. The waitress that served us was polite and helpful. The manager lacks customer service skills and is the problem...

I was going to buy a MCQ jacket as a Christmas gift for myself , the price tag is 399, the price is good and is on sale(original 800). When I go to check out, the counter girl scan the cloth said the price is 445. When I trying to show the price tag, i found out the 399 price is disappeared. There is no way that the price tag fall somewhere because right before check out I checked the price. I think she removed it,when I talking to my friends. Then I trying to explain to the girl, the girl had really bad attitude give me the feeling “I don’t care if you buy or not.” She never try to listen to me or find a away to solve this problem. Really really bad experience shopping...

This is one and only better shop to purchase designer products in Belfast. Most of the time they don't disappointment me with their selection in store or online. Compared to actual designer stores or designer online retail, Flannels have sometimes cheaper price and its good value for money to grab from Flannels. I would only purchase articles in Flannels sold lower than original designer store. Now I am flannels elite member and they have good customer service and shopping experience for me. However, I still never justify doing purchase of over £5K but, still pay 25p/bag. Its their policy but, still something must be done about to make personal shopping...
