I orderd a oakwood solid table with chairs based on seeing photos online and trusted them saying there is no damage etc and paid a 20 deposit and rest on delivery. When today the delivery was done to my surprise they delivered a wrong dinning table that was not good as I ordered online. Which I first didn't wanted but since they reduced it a bit I agreed. However, while ordering the table set I also had a word that, I wanted to sell off my old furniture for which they agreed and when I asked the delivery person he said he was not told about the trade in but when I told it was a deal that if they trade in then only I can take in the table from them, as I didn't had extra space to accommodate along with old hence the deal was made, so delivery person called someone David to ask and then they agreed, at first he was not ready to take as he was keep on saying he needs to leave but I said I only took the table from them on condition they take off my old one. Later when he paid a value and started to inspect it again and started screaming at me saying all the chairs are busted. When I clearly kept all things in front of them then only he gave a value which obviously was very low but again he was not happy as one chair among 4 had a bend in the seat rest all 3 were perfect for use along with table. But he had asked me he is not going to take and didn't even negotiated for any further value same time, when I also wanted to return their wrong delivered table, they did not returned my 20 deposit and when asked kept on telling me I took their delivery ppl 1 hour time hence, they can't give back the refund. At 1st place it wasn't 1 hr as they came at 12 and left at 12.35 in which 10 mins went for unloading and delivery at my door and 15 mins for negotiations on wrong table and rest for trade in table and all this miscommunication was sent by delivery person to David who all in turn behaved rudely. I see and understand that they were trying to sell me something which was not a value of that I ordered at all and when I didn't accepted gave me this reason not returning my deposit.

Breach of consumer rights selling disgusting goods to a family with kids would they feed their kids out of it no they wouldn’t, smashed mouldy fridge disgrace of a company and owner is aggressive on phone to a women big man hope your company goes bust and replying to every one star review being cheeky great business idea. After our tumble drier didn’t work we installed the dish washer which contained a knife and glass still in it and cleaned disgusting mould again. Either yous don’t clean a single item yous get or someone is completely incompetent either way...

To sum a long story short, a disabled family member order items to be delivered at an arranged date.
Family member had decorating done in advance of items arriving and disposed of old items in anticipation of new items arriving.
Agreed date arrives and items are not available - family member gives ultimatum that if items aren’t delivered today then she would require a full refund as she is sitting without sofas and an oven etc.
Today arrived and delivery driver showed up with the at least one wrong item - obviously trying to push a sale.
When my family member explained it was not the correct items she ordered -the sales person became very irate and used vulgar language. He made my disabled female family member frightened and back down to deescalate the situation. He reduced the poor woman to tears. Whelans insist this was completely her fault. She ordered a fabric material sofa - they delivered leather. An obvious errror.
It could have been handled so much more professionally and humanely.
After much back and forth we were finally able to get a refund.
Please avoid at all costs. Bullying scumbags
Edit: We can clearly see there are two sides to the story, my family member could not articulate herself correctly whilst under pressure but I myself can. We will let the public decide if they want to use your services....
