Serenity the Beauty Clinic is AMAZING. I had suffered with acne from the moment I hit my teens, I tried anything I could get my hands on hoping I could finally get rid of the huge lumps and scars I had all over my face. Nothing worked. I started having facials with Kuldip in August 2014, since then my skin has cleared and all the redness and acne scars have faded. We're now working on getting rid of the pitting and I have 100% confidence that Kuldip will make this happen. I used to wake up in the mornings to new breakouts, now every time I look in the mirror I'm amazed at how much my skin is improving. I don't think I've ever told the team at Serenity how grateful I am, thanks to them I no longer have to hide behind layers of makeup and for the first time in about 10 years I can leave the house without foundation. Kuldip's professionalism is outstanding and I can honestly say she genuinely cares about her clients, she will do her absolute best to help you get the skin you've dreamed of. If you have any skin condition or are just looking to maintain what you have I highly recommend coming here. They have an extensive range of beauty treatments too and she's definitely one of the best people to do your eyebrows. I refuse to go anywhere else. This is a hard review to make as I really don't like giving negative reviews! Starting with the positives - the salon was exceptionally clean.

The negatives was that the "customer service" was cold: as soon as I entered into the salon for my treatment there was no responses to my hello. This may sound like a minor issue but as a paying customer/human it is nice to have a "hello" back. I was simply asked to confirm my details upon entering the salon.

I told the lady who threaded my eyebrows I was in her salon as I was out of the area and I needed my eyebrows doing as an emergency, hence why I came to her. She responded that it's nice to have someone to do your eyebrows that speaks English - indicating that my usual eyebrow lady could not speak English. Not once did I say to her that my usual eyebrow lady could not speak English. I just thought this was a weird comment to make which made me feel uneasy.

This comment may well get deleted or I may well receive a response to say I signed a form following my treatment whereby I commented I was content with the services received, however I did not want to mention the dissatisfaction in the open reception where there was a customer waiting. Kuldip saved my skin. Growing up I've always had problematic skin which resulted in me using harsh products and peels to rectify these issues at a very young age. I also went to other skin clinics that gave me very abrasive treatments. When I came to kuldip my skin was damaged and looked awful from the years of neglect and poor choices. Instead of selling pointntless product's and abrasive peels/treatments she got to the core of the problem. She talked to me about my diet and helped me understand what I should and shouldn't eat, she recommended vitamin supplements to heal the skin from within combined with appropriate skin care to treat the skin. It's now been one year since I first came to kuldip and my skin has completely changed and looks amazing. She's the best in her field and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
