I come to this store often, I get a lot of my clothes and crystals from here and was very disappointed by my experience today.

I was going to buy a hemp bag until I saw how overpriced everything in the shop has become when I know they are sold for around 60% less wholesale, and so I put the bag down. There were people crowded around where I got the bag from so I hung it up at the back of the shop.

As I was leaving I had a lady approach me and say ‘You aren’t wanting the bag then?’ and I said politely ‘no haha I’m just going to look online’. She asked where I put it and I told her, the back of the shop.

As I was about to leave with my friends, I had 2-3 of the workers ambush me at the front door asking me where I put it, making it look like I had stolen something. There were a few shoppers in there so this was embarrassing and anxiety-inducing and they made me stand for about 2 minutes telling them exactly where the bag was.

The lady then very slowly walked to the back of the shop and actively avoided the place I kept pointing to, even though I could see it from the front of the store where I was stood. It almost seemed like they knew where it was but were trying to make me show them myself, due to me not putting it where it was supposed to be, which felt very petty and passive aggressive. And the reason I did this was because it was crowded as I said before.

The most shockingly beautiful service I’ve received in such a long time and all I bought was incense and a ring.

The people who work here are diamonds, my daughter wanted to buy a ring and I’m just so impressed by the service of all staff, it’s like how shopping was 15 years ago, they’re providing luxury service.

They’re helpful, gentle, authentic and professional.

My daughter has fell in love with all the items in this store, and I will now take her everytime she’s in town and wants a treat because they more than deserve my money!
