We stayed in the Deluxe double room with bath. First impressions - very unique and very carefully thought out. The interior was stunning, the bath was an excellent touch, the bathroom was stunning and the bed was comfortable. ||Check in was really simple as was finding the car park. The location was superb and easily accessible to the city centre.||We enjoyed our stay but we do have some feedback which I’m sure the owner would appreciate :)||The air con system really made our stay uncomfortable. The room upstairs was very warm and we struggled sleeping. We ended up sleeping on the opposite end of the bed with no covers just to try and feel cooler. The air con unit is very loud but we found it pointless. We had a late check out but we left early purely because I couldn’t hack the temperature a second longer. ||We had no towels downstairs, all towels were upstairs which I didn’t realise until I had washed my hands and had to quickly run upstairs to fetch a hand towel with wet hands. ||We went to order a curry for my partners birthday but quickly realised just before placing the order that there wasn’t a single plate or cutlery. Just as an FYI incase people are expecting plates etc. I also had to wash the glasses as there was tiny bits of white bits at the bottom of the glass, but this only took a few seconds to sort.||But overall, I would and have recommended this place to several people. ||Thanks for a...

Mansley refers to their properties as "managed apartments". There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another...

The duplex layout in some rooms adds a fun, spacious feel, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable.
