Coventry Kebab House — Local services in Coventry

I've been ordering from Coventry Kebab House for a while now as the quality has always been good with decent portions. We ordered from them last night and all I can say is WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! The food is still good but they have changed the menu. We used to order a large mixed kebab each for £9.80 which was great with plenty of good quality doner meat. Last night we ordered the mixed kebab as the large one had disappeared from the menu. The new mixed kebab is £10.90 and you get a lot less meat. I think the measly amount of doner meat we got was the last they had or it had just been swept off the floor. We'd made this place our regular if ever we fancied a kebab. Unfortunately the reduced quality of the doner meat and the reduced amount we got means we'll be looking for another kebab house. AVOID AT ALL COST! Worst experience ever.

The food is tasteless and rubbery. Staffs are rude and unfriendly. And worst of all, I have been robbed by them 3 times.

I ordered something that cost £4.50, which I gave them a £5 note. I DID NOT get back my change as they said "No coins left". I didn't wanna argue about 50p so I just left. This went on to happen for 2nd and 3rd time again, with short change like 20p and 30p. Now I'm never going back.

The Chicken Shish Donner I ordered was poor. I was expecting more than 4 pieces of meat inside my kebab. Instead they stuffed it with enormous amount of lettuce so they can trick customers into thinking it's all meat inside, but when it's actually 4 pieces of meat and rest filled with lettuce.

Ordered food for someone and as it was being prepared, I decided that I wanted something for myself. I asked for an extra item and the guy serving me froze, rolled his eyes in the back of his head and started to mutter in a different language to his colleagues (acting like I had done something wrong by spending more money in the place and the place was empty) a different guy took the money for the order and was nice and curteous.
