AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS SWAY YOU!!! Just pay the extra money at a different store! This company is an absolute scam. I ordered 3 items on the 10th June, only have received one of the items so far. I cancelled the second item because delivery was taking so long (and Iâm still waiting for my refund 10 days on- PROCESS YOUR CUSTOMERâS REFUNDS!!!) and Iâm now waiting for the delivery of the final item which I have been promised EVERY WEEK since the 10th June, will be delivered ânext weekâ. Customer service seem friendly and helpful theyâre willing to give you a gratuity refund, but then when you want to cancel your order due to you paying for goods and not receiving them, they tell you that the amount you will receive of your refund will be deducting the gratuity amount. Clearly this company do not understand the purpose of a gratuity refund so let me explain. This is to compensate for inconvenience caused, I.e, the fact I had to take a whole day off of work to wait in for a delivery that never came! It is NOT then to be deducted when the customer would like to cancel the order due to the companyâs incompetence and lack of organisation. I was told after 6-7 weeks of waiting that Choice Furniture were going to go to the supplier to collect the delivery they have been waiting on, so I would be guaranteed to have my item the next week. When I still hadnât heard back by the next week, I called again and surprise surprise, âthey decided not to go ahead with that idea and give the supplier one last chance to deliver the itemsâ. Itâs now 3 weeks on from that conversation and Choice Furniture are still telling me that they âpromiseâ to have my item by next week. I have numerous emails from customer service âguaranteeingâ that I will receive my item in the next week and here I am, two months on with no item. If this is a supplier issue, then Choice Furniture need to stand by what theyâre telling their customers and arrange themselves to go and pick up the delivery from the supplier, but they are not doing that because they are quite happy to take their customers money and not provide them with the goods. I have even asked customer service for the name of the supplier so I can contact them myself and even drive to the warehouse to collect my item, but everytime they refuse, which makes me think this isnât an issue with the supplier and an issue/ mistake that Choice Furniture have made. This company also take NO accountability for any of the inconveniences caused to THEIR customers, the delays are the suppliers fault, the delay in refunds is the banks fault.    Read moreOrdered a sofa set (3+2+1), dining table with 8 chairs, and a bed. First of all delivery was late by a week. We paid half of it in store and for the other half, they said they would send us an email couple of days before the delivery to pay the rest. Well we never received the email and had to chase them up. After a call they were quick and sent the email straight away, but never informed us that our delivery will be delayed. The delivery guys were poorly informed in terms of what furnitures were supposed to be assembled, again had to call the store to confirm it, as we were told in the store that delivery includes - them assembling the sofas, dining table, and all the chairs.
Anyway, both delivery guys Farukh, and Jaspal were amazing. They did a fantastic job and went a step above to make sure the job is done in a tidy and timely manner. You canât fault these two guys. Even offered to help out with anything else we wanted, like moving furniture or taking apart some old ones. Absolutely brilliant.

But as soon as they left, when sofas were used the legs snapped on the 3 seater sofa. Upon inspection, it turned out they were poorly made with some cheap plastic, and we were promised metal chrome legs in the store. When we complained we were reassured that they will sort it out and were very apologetic. Then we had to wait for 4 days to hear anything back and for that we had to chase them up again. Granted it was the weekend and bank holiday and they have to contact their suppliers but for us it was also a horrible thing to have broken sofas just sitting in our new home where we canât even have guests over because of it. After 4-5 days I got informed that I would have to wait another week. Which was completely unacceptable for us. Since we had gathering planned and needed the sofas for it. So after speaking to the manager he did sort it out very quickly and instead of waiting for a week, it was done in couple of days and were given the metal legs this time that were promised to us initially.
Well everything got sorted eventually and the furniture definitely look nice but quality control needs to be better from them and I believe there is some communication gap between different departments. If they sort that out then they can definitely be a top tier...
   Read moreWe received a faulty mirrored chest of drawers. The product was unusable, where the drawers wouldn't even open and close. There were marks everywhere too. We also felt that the product wasn't sold as seen from their website. It looked different on the company website.
When the item was delivered, the delivery men left the item upside down in the room of choice. We then had to unpack this ourselves after turning it the right way around which clearly added to the damage on the product.
We rang straightaway when we had seen the damage and we were told that someone would come out as soon as possible to collect. It was even quoted that they would try and get someone out immediately. We then found out that the collection date would not be for another week and a half, and had to wait for the faulty product to be collected without recieving any of our money back. We were told that the refund would be actioned within 24hrs, but this did not happen. The business held onto our money for nearly two weeks where we did not receive a refund.
The drivers who collected the product were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I was outside at the time and said Hi as they pulled up and asked them if they were here to collect the drawers. They walked right past me, ignoring me and not even acknowledging I was there. They then entered the house, ignored my partner the whole time and rolled the box out of the front door (it is no surprise that the product was delivered in the poor condition it was in the first place) without saying thank you, goodbye or even acknowledging us again.
The customer service was nonexistent, unacceptable and was insulting.
We received no compensation for all of our problems and delays with the return of the product, poor customer service and the poor service provided by both their delivery drivers. I'd strongly recommend that you consider avoiding this business...
