The whole journey was not only inspirtaional but it also exceeded my expectations. As soon as i walked through the door, i received a warm welcome and as it was my first time coming to the shop, the person behind the counter was very informative and helpful!! Also seeing all the different types of food choices is definitely making me want to come back again and try them all!! Grillshack seems like a well put place where even myself who only visited once so far can tell that the atmosphere and the people working here gives off a homey and family type of vibe. The food was to cooked to perfection and ended up coming back after finishing the beautiful food to drop a healthy tip for the store! Even the cleaniness of the shop was exceptional as I've been to a few takeaway shops and I've had to question certain hygenie procedures in the past. We placed our order through Uber Eats and scheduled it for 8:30 PM. Due to an issue with the app, we called Grill Shack to confirm the delivery time. They reassured us with, “Don’t worry, your food will be warm.” Despite that, the order arrived almost an hour before the scheduled time, which completely disrupted our plans. Visited this gem at lunch break. In that locality there isn't much decent food places around. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was firstly quality the bun was super fresh. Fries were clean you can tell the oil is fresh. Looks wise the premises was super crispy clean. With my takeaway was given sauces napkins and a folk which most tend to forget.
