Asked to return part of my order as it was not very good the sweet and sour sauce tasted like gone off viniger and the chicken balls were sloppy. I rang them to tell them and they said i could swap it and they would deliver it within an hour. Had a call from a lady there who said I would have to collect it or I wouldn't be able to have a replacement so I got dressed and went down, when I got there I gave them the food that my partner had one bite of and he spat it out for the woman to come out shouting saying he had ate it and she wasn't replacing anything that she hates me and that I'm not to come back. She was going crazy when all I did was bring back the food and ask for a replacement her sons on the front looked so embarrassed, the lady threw the chicken balls around behind the counter and was literally screaming at me and abusing me. I demanded a refund which she refused and her son gave it me out of his pocket.

I will not ever return and advise everyone...

I actually feel physically sick which is unlike me. I eat a lot and have somewhat low standards when it comes to takeaways.

I thought I’d try a new Chinese instead of my usual (man Lee), I ordered prawn crackers, duck fried rice and chicken balls.

The chicken balls were incredibly greasy and full of oil, meaning they forgot to remove excess oil. They also had no flavour whatsoever, not even a slight taste of salt. Just nothing.

The duck fried rice was horrible. The duck had a horrible smell to it, it looked and smelt like it had been microwaved, it was all off cuts of duck. It was unseasoned and the fat wasn’t crispy, so I was biting into cold, chewy fat.

The rice was coated in grease.

I am convinced the duck at least was microwaved, as soon as I opened the order it had a foul smell and taste. I couldn’t finish it at all.

Truly awful. Firstly I think it’s interesting that a review a few down from mine mentions it’s smells bad - it does I’ve had two bites and I’m really worried nothing is in date, that’s how bad the smell is. The delivery driver yelled at me at the front door and was very aggressive saying he had been waiting at my door for 15 minutes - when I checked my email, food confirmation email came to me at 18:09, and the delivery driver phoned me at 18:27 - so very doubtful he had been at my door for 15 minutes, just lying for the sake of it.
