Kerry Shaw, read your review and yes the lady with the red hair does display mental health symptoms of CAD (Covid Anxiety Disorder) or Coronaphobia. We witnessed her taking every item a customer touched and she would put them aside so she could sterilize them. It must be very difficult for her living like this. Although it is hard to sympathise when someone with coronaphobia treats people in a degrading manor for not complying with ocd rituals, but we must understand she must suffer alot of anxiety from the CAD. Last times we have visited she is no longer sanitizing every item, so think she is making progress. Not a very comfortable atmosphere all around in that shop, most of the staff are not very pleasant. We try to avoid that shop simply due to the unpleasantness of alot of the staff. Not met all the staff, so don't know what maybe some...

I have been shopping at Holland & Barrett, Silverburn for well over 10 years and cannot rate this store and its staff more highly. As a breast cancer survivor of 10 years I have found so many alternative vitamins and remedies to help with various health issues enabling me be able to prevent filling my body with any more toxins. Thank you SO much for all your help and advice. Love the new store...
