Place is very nice, staff are friendly, polite, service with a smile, food is exceptionally nice. However, as I can only eat halal meals I was happy to see they were meat friendly and served halal chicken, although the menu states "we're sensitive too". - issues I have with this personally, I ain't sensitive, I have a dietary requirement due to religious beliefs. Also, the staff, as much as they try and accommodate halal needs, at the end, when they are wrapping the burrito up, they have to be hands on quite a bit, which is fair enough, although the gloves staff have on have been used to handle the last burrito that had to be wrestled together, the last burrito we beef, not halal, that contradicts what the menu also states - "everything we serve apart from our beef and pork are prepared in a manner suitable for a halal diet" I'm afraid not as you are handling meat and halal meat with the same gloves, it's just constructive criticism, I like the place, very nice food and staff, fortunately the staff aren't ignorant, it's unfortunately lack of knowledge and education that hasn't been provided by the owner/manager. So I've come here on numerous occasions, last month I had food poisoning and I hadn't eaten anything else that whole day...chose to ignore it and then came a good few times again after that. You are not only serving half a bow when placing an order but even when charging for extras you give literally the smallest amount, for example when charging for guacamole I literally got half a spoon full which was scrapped from the emptying tray, the last 3 visits I've been extremely disappointed. For the price you charge the quantity is an absolute rip off, in comparison to other burrito places around Glasgow that give you food worth the money and fill up your burrito or naked burrito bowl, I think this is absolutely atrocious for charging nearly a £1 per extra for literally small dollops, it's a joke. I've been a loyal customer since day one you opened and post covid its just been unacceptable. How can you order a meal and still feel hungry and unfulfilled. I'm always with either friends or family and I'm not the only person who feels this way. Do not waste your time or money...
