Ordered take away meal and upbeat juice - no ginger in the juice. Absolutely none. Disappointed as this is the main reason I ordered this drink (take away order). Unfortunately, when my husband called the restaurant, Jade started arguing and disagreeing with him on the phone (I could hear the conversation unfolding). Jade insisting that there was ginger in the drink and insinuating that my husband was lying! Not the case as he had our kids taste his drink at the restaurant - no ginger. This is the second time this has happened at Silverburn and both occasions the staff have handled the situation very poorly. I’d rather they were honest with customers when they run out of ginger so that customers can make an informed choice when placing an order. Hubby ate in with the kids tonight, he ordered the same drink - no ginger. Informed Lauren of the same and asked for ginger in the take away order (mine) and drank his juice without making a fuss. However, that’s not all that was amiss with my order unfortunately. My Shu’s Shiok Chicken also had no lime so the meal was dry. Not the standard I was expecting of Wagamama but it seems this is their standard, unfortunately. Mistakes happen but it’s how we address these mistakes that’s important. I had a pretty poor experience here yesterday. I ordered the Tofu Hot Pot and it came with no butternut squash in it at all and it had way too much chilli in it. My dining partner ordered the Chicken Hot Pot and he confirmed my dish had 4 times the amount of chilli that his dish had. I picked as much of the chilli as I could out and it was 3 large chilli's worth, a good fist full, while my partner with the Chicken hot pot had about 10 thin slices of chilli in his hot pot dish. When I spoke to the waiter about my dish he told me that my dish was supposed to be like that and as I never had had the hot pot before I took him at his word. However looking it up today I can see that it should not have been so hot and that it should have contained the squash. I do not think the waiter was lying I think he simply didn't know. Anyway it was really disappointing when I have previously had good experiences at all Wagamama resturants. It was very busy yesterday and if the tofu hot pot had run out then they should have told me and I would have ordered something else rather than been given a...

We dined here the other night a party of 6 ordered 6 portions of gyoza to share 1 arrived and then another so we thought ok then the others would arrive but oh no we then were surprised the waitress arrived with our katsu currys and I said we still have not received our other 4 gyoza she said they are coming I started to say but we will be getting our starters with our main meals but she did not seem to understand this so i just left it and so I started to pour the katsu sauce over my meal as I ordered the hot one just like my daughter I complained my curry sauce was cold they took it away and made it fresh so now I had to wait for it to be brought back eventually got a fresh one and nearly everyone else had finished my daughter said hers was not very hot either. The other thing I would like to say is if you can manage to either stick to water or nothing to drink as tiny small bottles of coke 3.60 each...
