Opening hours for this 'cash only' business are: Tuesday to Saturday, 4pm to 8.30pm. I'm not sure you could sell enough portions of chips to cover the cost of paying the electric bill for just turning on a Chippy's commercial fryers five days a week.

Expect a short wait, cooked to order, greasy fingers, rosy cheeks, friendly smiles, thoroughly enjoyable, beyond the expectation and change from a tenner for fish and chips. Now when was the last time you saw that since Mr Li's chippy by the train station...

Picture doesn’t do it justice. You won’t find nicer more genuine service anywhere in Sussex I’d bet. Chris and Sharon are absolutely amazing, the food is delicious, the portions are enormous, and so so so yum. Giant perfectly cooked flaky fish with the crispiest batter and the chips are so good too! 100/10 would recommend. Live in London but visit Jenny’s every single time I come down, to say hi and eat my weight in fish...

My friend and I travelled up to Brighton for the day and before we left we googled best fish and chips near me and hot Jenny’s as our first result.
