I brought my mum in for help with her contract as for some strange reason it had gone up by more than 100%. Steven was caring and considerate with my mum (she's 82) he sat her down carefully and listened to her. He made excellent eye contact and made her feel relaxed. He sorted out her problem efficiently with some input from Alex, who was also extremely helpful. Both of them explained everything very clearly and were so patient. In a world where face to face customer service is becoming so difficult to access it was like a breath of fresh air being greeted, communicated with and to have her concerns sorted so quickly and efficiently. I frequently pop in to the shop with issues and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Steven was so lovely to my mum and me, he made her smile and she felt like he really understood her concerns.    Read moreTerrible communication with my upgrade. I called 5 days prior to reserve my new mobile as I donât live in the area, only to find out no phone was put back for me. (Luckily they had one in stock) I was served by a staff member and then I was left waiting while they decided who was going to serve me throughout the Upgrade process. Communication was rushed and staff seemed to have no time for me even though it wasnât busy at the time. There were also 4 other staff hanging around doing nothing. Basics were completed and I was sent on my way. I Left the Taunton Store annoyed and stressed with the way i was treated. I will be considering a move to another Network in 2 years time.    Read moreI went in to do an o2 switch up, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and found me a great deal!! We hit a huge snag when my data transfer from my old to my new phone kept getting stuck, during this Chris did his best to rectify the issue and even called on other staff to help, the team really know their stuff! I ended up having to come back the next day as my data still wouldnât transfer (I had a LOT of data on my old which was causing the issues). In the end Chris and Nathan used two separate ways to get my data across and huzzah it worked!! Me and my children spent a fair few hours in the shop and we were welcomed the whole time.
