Appalled by the work ethic and unwelcoming attitude shown by a specific male working (time about 14:50). Today I was uncomfortable in the shop due to the man working, this is because it felt like he was targeting me and my friends due to our age (as we were the youngest in the shop). Instead of actually doing his job, he assumed we were causing chaos (which we weren't by any means, we were just having a browse). This worker kept following us around the shop and making rude comments towards us. I am a frequent shopper here and have witnessed him doing the same to other people MULTIPLE times. Quite frankly I think it's al shame because all the other workers are lovely. He just ruins it for everyone. Not very happy!!...

I don't usually post bad reviews but I need to say something. I love this shop but the woman working on the till today in Taunton was the worst. She didn't say hi, talked to me and to others like we were some kind of piece of rubbish. Her tone was horrible and when I went to give her my £5 note she said "well put it down then" and then handed my receipt without saying anything. Other little things as well that made it embarrassing for me and my friend. I was trying to be polite but I really wanted to say something to her. I am not gonna go back there anytime soon. I kept the receipt and her name. Hopefully if I go back there, I will have someone...

A particular male staff member is very unwelcoming and makes customers feel uncomfortable. His attitude is horrendous and he is very intimidating and creepy towards customers. He has been rude to me and others every single time i have been in the shop; making snarky comments and showing attitude to customers. He is also not very spacially aware as he kept blocking exits and nearly bumped...
