If for some reason you get to the till and your digital card doesn't work. Ask the till operators to hold your stuff while you go get your physical card. When you get there they take out the printed slip in your goods - withheld - pending - payment, scan it and voila. You can go. Saving you time.

I shop here regularly. But after one purchase by my girlfriend I will never visit this store again if I can help it. The manager here is the most disrespectful person I've ever met, my girlfriend bought me shoes here that don't fit correctly, I wore them for about 30 mins outside they got a bit of mud on the bottom which I cleaned and now look brand(no tread wear or anything)new, I have the tags etc and tried to return them (I'm within the 28days) and they refused the refund/credit. If it is not resolved I will be taking it further up and will be contacting Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. They are brand new shoes and I know my rights, the do not fit so are useless to me. I am shocked that I was racially profiled in this store today! Shopping alone for items for my daughters upcoming school trip. I was closely followed around the store for almost half an hour! I am a 54 year old mixed raced woman and the member of staff appeared to busy herself next to me when I chose shoes, clothes, sunglasses, all located in different areas of the store! I purchased several essential items needed for my daughters trip to Barcelona and even felt uncomfortable at the till, where the sales assistant was apathetic and barely made eye contact.
