Jungle Paprika — Restaurant in England

If I was you I'd avoid at all cost!!! 0 stars if I could!

I went out with my mates used to go alot to jungle paprika so me and my mates thought let's try it again. As we walked in the place was empty and the guy over the counter started to take our order. He didn't even mention of the time of how long it will take so first impression was bad.

As we sat down almost an hour of waiting. Me and my friends was very annoyed as there was only us in the takeaway and no body else so why take an hour to make the food. My mates collect there food and I was still waiting for my food. I got up and the guy goes what did you order as they didn't even start making my food until I had to go up and ask taking another 25 mins. Now I was fuming not only did I not get my food but the food taste like rubber and my mates also said the same thing about the food. Chicken not cooked properly it's like the reheat the chicken from few days ago that was already cooked. Was dry and no taste to anything. The chips and cheese on top wasn't even melted and they using cheap cheese. Overall was very disappointed with the service and food they given us.

I wouldn't even step foot into that place if it was the last food on earth.

Totally disrespectful and no customer satisfaction at all.

The owner looked confused and didnt even know how to run the place.

I have just ordered from here for the first time through deliveroo.. The order came to £42.48... lets start with what was good.. margarita pizza was fine but you'd have to be really bad to get that wrong and the kids chicken meal was good. Now for the not so good.. the wings were terrible, dry overcooked and definately not fresh! The half chicken was drowned in sauce which ruined it.. salad arrived in a puddle of water and was hot because the chicken was placed on top of it (school boy error). The rice was salty and the flavour certainly didnt compliment the rest of the food. The sheekh kebabs were over seasoned but tbh not the worst Ive tasted in Leicester. The naan bread arrived in just a paper bag not wrapped in foil so it was not only shocking to see this but rock hard and not edible. Ive driven past this place a few times and wanted to try it and the only reason we did today was because our usual spot wasnt available for delivery and the pics looked good. If id looked at all these bad reviews maybe id of thought twice. Very disappointing that the owner hasnt addressed any of these bad reviews it shows a lack of pride in your establishment and a lack of customer care. Poor quality for the price.. So Jungle Paprika it will be the first and last time we ever...

This place use to be so good but it has turned shocking. Ordered off UberEats the kebab roll came dry with no salad or any sauces i specified. The paneer and chips also came without any sauces and overcooked. Spoke to them on the phone where they were rude and said they’ll ring back... guess what they never did! When we spoke to them again they said there’s no management in so why tell us you’ll ring back in 10mins when there’s no one to deal with.. hmmm lies! Also try to have a go at us on the phone so enough was enough for the first time in my life i had to go back and return the food in the rain even after getting it delivered on UberEats. Customer service was shocking and rude and said “we have other customers anyway”- how can you say this to a paying customer?! No apology or anything, Anyway asked to cook fresh food with the right sauces and not overcooked food.. got home and realised they simply re-heated our food and threw some sauces and salad! Been going to JP’s past 10 years but never again seems like they’ve changed ownership or what but stay away from here just rude people with a poor attitude and standards have fallen.
