Ordered a meal from pappas and when the order was received the chips had been re fried and were inedible and the 2 battered sausages were rock solid and swimming in grease. I called and complained about this to get a huge sigh down the phone after he spent some time talking to someone in the shop he said I will make you fresh and send it out this I agreed to as I was hungry and I'm pregnant. After almost 40min had passed and no replacement had arrived I called them back and said that I no longer wanted the food as I was going to bed I would like my money back for the original order wich was inedible. To be told that it had been 10min and I was having the food. I told them what time I called and what the time was while I was talking to them. I was told that they were being nice by offering to cook my meal again and that I was not getting a refund. I told them I had not received the replacement and that it was no longer wanted I wanted my money back to wich I was told again they were being nice by cooking my meal again and the will not give me a refund they then said I was being rude asking for one and hung up on me. I find this unacceptable the food I received was inedible I actually was able to hit my front door with it without making 1 mark on the food. The driver even said that they shouldnt be selling food like that and that you couldn't eat it. I found them rude and disrespectful and there customer service...

STAY AWAY! My friends and I ordered a large order through Just Eat on a Saturday evening which came completely cold, we then discovered some of the order was wrong and missing some items. I called and spoke to a woman who instantly told me I was a liar and that we had most definitely received the full order. I then spoke to the owner who was extremely rude! He told me I couldn’t have a refund and couldnt have the rest of my order saying he will give me money off next time (there will be no next time) and he hung up. I tried to call back but no answer so I called from another phone and again spoke to a woman who kept telling me I was a liar and shouting down the phone at me. The most surprising thing was the fact the owner told the manager on the phone that I called her “the mangers bh. I ordered a good cross range of items from the menu as we were having a family get together. The food was, sad to say, sub par. The pizza we ordered was greasy and one arrive totally smashed and encrusted to the cardboard. Jacket potato basically raw, chips blonde beyond belief. The donner meat was cut into doorstops and looked light and grotesque. Really not something I would ever want to order again I'm sad to say. I'm sure the people working there are nice and try their best but sadly the food quality is just not able to stand close to other late night refreshment...
