A church used as a musical venue. Good acoustics but visually difficult as no stage or raised dias to see the musicians. Chairs are placed in straight lines and not staggered or curved to provide a better view and the balcony supporting posts can get in the way. The upper balcony uses pews and is cramped with not a lot of room to move. Small WC's so crowded at interval times and access is out, along a path and back in again down the stairs or use the lift. The front of the building and path to the WC's is unlit and areas are uneven particularly in the front of the building where different levels and surfaces could cause difficulty for those lrss able on their feet. Set in a residential area so concerts finish early. Parking difficult but paying spaces can usually be found 5-10 minutes away along the seafront to the south of the venue. A quirky venue but if your favourite musicians or bands are playing the venue isn't going to add to...
