The centre has a great variety of shops. The centre is large to accommodate the number of shops. In turn as a first time shopper it could be difficult to navigate the best route to past all the desired shops you wish to visit. There are several maps located around the centre. I didn't find the maps particularly clear, however, it still got me going in the correct direction. The centre feels safe, there are babies, young children and a wide variety of customers this v centre can accommodate. There's security staff and cleaning staff around. There's a help desk, with more than once staff member present. I'm inclined to say I saw more than one help desk? However, I lost orientation at one point. The centre is clean and not too hot or cold. Some individual shops are over heated. Despite the number of people shopping, especially on a Saturday afternoon the layout is sensible that it's not cramped or overcrowded, for being enclosed indoors. If you are shopping here for the first time you may want to have a look online and see what shops are there and which one's you'd like to go to. As it can be a whole day experience, there's plenty places to eat or get snacks too. There's even a cinema (Vue) somewhere, not necessarily in this centre but close by if it's not inside. Public toilets available throughout the centre, always seems ti beer one close by. There are toilets to accommodate all, even baby change. They are regularly cleaned, due to the volume of people it is a wonder it is as clean as it is. Could be better given the circumstances (people volume) I'd say 3/5. Also the regular cleaning can cause queues. There's plenty of public transport here. Also numerous parking zones. Disabled parking available for shops out with the centre and the centre itself. There entrance, toilets, navigation around the centre, lots of shops in the centre are wheelchair friendly. They may asl be but I can't speak for them asl as I've not been inside. Parking is free here too. I can't say all eateries would be able to provide wheelchair seating. However, I think if there's a desired venue, prior to going, call to check if the wheelchair seating possible to be accommodated. I had a great time and I'll be back. It was impossible to get to go to all the shops we wanted to, despite splitting up towards the end of our...

Read moreAlways come here for great deals and bargains from an entire collection of different shops to choose from.
On this occasion I was here for a work staff First Aid training course. I managed to go grab some food from the food court and it was fast and not that busy with plenty of seating options.
I went into Nike, they had some great deals although not a lot of sale trainers on the sale wall for sizes 10+
Vans, had some great deals but nothing grabbed my attention.
I managed to find some Green and Blacks chocolate which I haven't seen in other supermarkets for a while! So that was ideal!
I bought a pair of Puma Liga's which had an extra discount. Some other great deals and massive discounts too.
Under armour had some good higher quality gear and I bought some underwear.
I definitely think that there's something here for everyone, I've been here for wedding suits, pots and pans, Christmas shopping for presents and more!
If you're driving I recommend parking in the multi storey car park as it's not as busy and is only 50p per hour where as the outside car park is metered and you can only stay for a set amount if time. So if you're here for a long time then you'll have to come back and put more money in the machine.
Definitely worth a visit for all the family and you could spend a full day here shopping, eating and finishing off with a trip to the Vue cinema or Paradise Island Adventure Golf for 2 18...
