this cafe is cute with nice decoration and a good atmosphere. whilst its in a harder to find place, once you do find it, its great and definitely worth it. it is along the canal which is lovely in the summer, you can also sit outside so you can bring dogs as well! the food here is great quality and portions, breakfasts and lunches are suitable for all ages too. vegan options are available which is great. they also serve a large variety of cakes and sweet pastries which are all homemade and you can pick up on your way out if wanted as they have a takeaway option for cakes and sweet treats! a huge variety of drinks on top of this too! great for big groups as they are able to accommodate to large groups very well, which is good for parties or large meetups, although it is very important that you book. they also have a huge variety of events you can go and take part in at all times of the year, lots if these events are very l different in what they contain and what they are about so there is certainly something for everyone! overall a lovely place, i highly recommend that you...

We met at this venue with our group of female friends for breakfast. Many items were ordered for our table, and just a few minutes after our last drinks were served (which were hot beverages and not something that can be consumed quickly), we were told that we had to leave because the table was reserved for another customer.

While we were still trying to process this unpleasant situation, despite having fully paid for everything we ordered, someone came after us claiming there was still an unpaid amount. Their tone and attitude were truly disappointing. We were told, “If you were going to have a party, you should’ve chosen another place,” although we were simply chatting quietly.

Despite all payments being made, some of our friends were asked to pay again due to an alleged shortfall, resulting in overcharging. We’ve visited many different venues as the same group, and we’ve never been treated so poorly.

It was a truly upsetting experience. Customer service here needs urgent...

I have always visited this cafe, with grandchildren coffee always good and cakes absolutely yummy. Loved the fact that dogs are welcome. But sadly I was disappointed today, lots of staff but a wait before a separate waitress came to take a food order, and then a wait for pancakes, I noticed other couples who arrived after me being served. I finished my drink and I assumed I had been forgotten and so decided to leave, but as I was paying my bill my food arrived. I was told they had a big party in, which perhaps if someone had mentioned that I would not have bothered ordering.
