Fun and quirky place. We had our Christmas party here which this place is perfect for. We had an hour on darts and a round of golf booked which were great.

However the service was none existent. We turned up with nobody around to greet us (downstairs) which meant we went past our allotted time. It was only after venturing upstairs to the bar and ask where to we go we were advised to wait at the end of the bar and someone would come to us to setup our game. Staff came and went and we were pretty much invisible and after asking again we were show to our darts game. We were now 20 minutes passed our starting time, expecting to still get the full hour paid for, we only got the 40 minutes! Bit a of a let down really when the delays weren't our fault. Then onto the crazy golf and were told to just go over to the start and 'sort yourself out'. I could completely understand this sort of response if they were packed but the place was only about a quarter full. Bar staff were friendly but the service staff for the games were not welcoming at all and kill the exciting vibe they boast about online. We had other friends visit the same evening for their own Christmas party and they had the same experience. With more staff training this place could be really quite good! Will likely try alternative games...

The poor staff! The place is falling apart! On golf 3 of the holes weren’t playable due to broken equipment (eg broken maze, bike unattached) . This was a MASSIVE disappointment as we had booked for my son’s 11th birthday and he had seen the bike online and only requested to spend his birthday here because of this. So that essentially spoiled the whole evening. Why someone didn’t call us before hand to tell us I don’t know, we would have had chance to do something else for his birthday then. The staff refunded the golf part of our night, but as I say, the birthday was really already spoiled. We also played shuffl which was ok but the drinks holders are positively dangerous and 3 of 4 of us left nursing injuries! Toilets have an awful smell. Drains issue maybe? The staff tried to be as welcoming and formerly as possible but honestly our birthday event was a total flop. We could see the staff sorting all sorts of ongoing problems with the different games throughout our time at the venue. Send a repair...

I didn't have food on my visit so left that 5 stars regardless. The service the first time I went was amazing, the staff were helpful and when the golf maze game ate all of our golf balls, they gave us a free hour of the augmented reality darts which we loved! After I had such a great first experience, I decided to take my family there - it was mid-week to be fair but there were no staff to be seen when we arrived, we were stood for about 6 minutes before anyone came over despite the fact they'd seen us - granted we were the only ones in there at the time but still, it was a bit intimidating. We did a round of crazy golf and the darts, we loved the darts especially, it's such a fun concept with the game modes. Overall I do love this place and it's a great stop on a weekend with friends. I'd probably avoid coming through...
