Baltic Yard - Dandara Living — Local services in Liverpool

The apartments are quite nice, the building staff are amazing and really helpful. We have a awesome view towards the center of Liverpool.

During our first meeting, the building manager promised us that it wouldn't be a party/student building. Unfortunately it feels it became one, not that we mind students. The ones we have met are very nice, but with shared apartment it seems that it comes with parties and loud music at night (not only in the weekends). We tried to sort it out but they do not seem to be able to get it under control.

During the day I do not mind to hear other people music but not all day. If I want to listen to our music or shows we need to put it on loud. Not the most relaxing weekend to be honest. Waking up at night during a weekday isn't nice, just because someone thinks it okay to listen to loud music at night. We are lucky that we have another bedroom where we moved too but that only helps a bit.

It is good to know that in the weekends during the summer there are two venues that play loud music. The good thing is that the music...

Edit: RSM Liv group team have gone out of their way to address the concerns we have had and tried to remedy them in relation to weekend noise pollution on the South facing apartments.

Moved there a week ago, we asked for a quiet place and got a flat and they told us that noise won't be a problem by the building manager.

Well first weekend here and the place in the corner is a club which makes us not want to be in our flat when it's on. I starts early at 1PM and finishes late at night. We had to put some noise cancelling headphones just not to be annoyed at them.

There is also a club in kitchen street which goes until 4AM on weekends which was known from the developers prior to the completion of the building.

Unfortunately, my experience with baltic yard has left much to be desired. Upon moving in, I was shocked by the poor condition of the flat. It was far from the promised standard, with cleanliness issues and maintenance neglect evident throughout. Despite providing photographic evidence, the management seemed indifferent.

To exacerbate matters, I was unfairly charged for a mark on the mattress that was present before my tenancy began. Despite my protests and evidence, the management refused to acknowledge their oversight.

Overall, my stay at baltic yard was marred by subpar living conditions and unjust charges. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and fair living...
