I will not ever come Back there any more ... no friendly and helpful staff at all any day you get in....the other day 3 young girls talking on the till while other one doing the same with the security guy,I approach to the till to ask for help,she gave me the wrong information,i took the wrong color...i went back today to put something i bough the other day And a blog lady in her 40's told me she will make and exception and i could exchange it for something else ....I asked for her help later and she told me she couldn't give me her advice because everyone has a different taste...and finally,i was shouted on the till in front of all the customers feeling embarrassed 😳😣 the only one is good in there is a young girl from Lituania:S From now on i will buy all my stuff in Spain where people are held and besides cheaper .In Spain the sales assistants even in a supermarket like ASDA they are more approaching and always willing to help here you see people to busy telling their pals about their personal lives, celebrating b-day and flirting between them.I forgot to tell u i will also make sure my friends won't come back. At around 11:30 AM, I was served by a cashier who, based on her appearance, has red hair and is approximately 5'3". Unfortunately, my interaction with her was far from pleasant, and I believe it is important for management to be made aware of the situation.
From the moment I approached the checkout, her demeanor was unwelcoming. She did not greet me or acknowledge my presence in a polite manner, which is the basic expectation of any customer service interaction. Throughout the transaction, she displayed an attitude that was both rude and unprofessional. The behavior exhibited by this cashier not only reflects poorly on her but also on the store as a whole. It is essential that customers feel valued and respected during their shopping experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. Customers should never have to leave a store feeling disrespected or mistreated, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service provided...
Read moreWhen entering looks like quite a small store yet it’s deceptive as is longer than you can see and has a ground floor and first floor. Still, it’s not a massive shop and it’s just around the corner, no more than a couple of minutes walk, from another Boots store which is significantly larger than this store and so naturally, the other bigger store has more tills, more staff meaning less queues, less shoppers, less noise etc. However, I would rather walk an extra mile to go to this one rather than the other one. I can’t remember it not having anything I wanted in, so has a big selection, staff are heads and shoulders more professional than their colleagues in the bigger shop yet are welcoming, friendly, are able to make it known that they are there to help yet don’t make you feel uncomfortable or pressured, they are knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer they’ll go find out for you. They refer to each other by their names rather than “that big pass serving” or “the big baldy scruff catcher...
