Sadly it's beyond a joke. You are sent an address from booking. Com. Which is the correct address. I messaged asking for car park details before check in. Again ignored. You're then left in a blocked off one way single lane street, trying to find the accommodation. You Whilst trying to get access to apartment. You are told you need to give them a deposit before giving you your apartment location. You ask for the details so you can simply drop the bags off. They will in no way assist you and force you to go to Stanley Street office boutique 56. There is no parking (they want give you the hotel parking details) you have to leave your stuff in the car and checkin, leaving your car parked illegally. Eventually after doing all this and checking constantly for traffic wardens. Your told to give them a deposit. I offered them the £100 in the 'terms' they then tell me if im paying cash. Its £200. I said ive literally just withdrawn £100. I was forced to pay on card.... Meanwhile yiur car is parked illegally in the city center. When i lived in Dale Street my car was broken into every day so understand the situation. Even when i left it unlocked my car windows were still smashed, as the junkies dont check the door handles only smash the windows. Your then told to use the Victoria car park and they will refund you instantly on return. Long and short is, place is an absolute joke, ive still not received my deposit back or indeed my parking payment of £37. Im ignored constantly. And when addressing it told they haven't received my information despite it being their main WhatsApp... Calls ignored, messages ignored.....
Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else! I wonder how many people don't check if its returned or refunded! Because they make it impossible to get what you're owed.
Just turned up the manager told me he will get people...
Read moreWhen we arrived we found the rooms in reasonable condition. However we noticed that the entire apartment had no running water and a very strong smell of drains. We went down to reception to inform the member of staff, who told us that they were already aware, but had done nothing about it. They apprehensively booked in a plumber for an emergency visit. The plumber arrived whilst we were out, and when members of our party went back to get showered and changed, they noticed the kitchen and bathroom had filled up with hot water, flooding the immediate area and creating a steam room effect. A volunteer had to walk through the hot water and remove the plug that had been left in the sink by the plumber. Thankfully all personal items were out of harms way, but all furniture in the vicinity had swollen and started pealing apart because of the steam.
Further more only one air conditioning unit out of 3 was working for the duration of our stay, creating an uncomfortable and hot nights sleep. Especially with the pillow cases covered in fake tan remnants.
Upon return to the apartment, the room opposite us was blasting out very loud music and had created a haze of marijuana smoke coming from under their door.
The whole experience made from an unpleasant stay, and I would definitely not recommend...
Read moreI saw the hotel on Booking.com and the rooms looked fantastic, however once I checked in I realised that when I actually checked in it was even better, I thought it was too good to be true, the architecture of the room specifically was fantastic with two double beds, it was extremely spacious, well presented and the bathroom is something that you would see in grand designs, the Jacuzzi bath is so clean and big. It is situated in the centre of Liverpool and you could not ask for a better location.|The cleanliness of the room and the accommodation in general was supernumerary.|Now, I feel this was the most important thing to mention.. the lady at reception was so accommodating along with Craig, who did his best to make sure I enjoyed my stay along with Sam. Bobby and Grace are brilliant staff members who work at the bar and all of the staff are a credit to the business.|I sincerely recommend that all staff members receive the credit that they deserve and I'd highly advise a pay rise for all involved.|I travel a lot and this is the best accommodation that I've ever stayed in, many thanks for the hospitality, I will definitely be back and if anyone considers to book this hotel..just do it.|Many...
