The manager Abdul is a menace to the business. I ordered a meal, all the food was hot apart from the wedges and hot wings (ironically), they were as cold as the time they left the freezer. I rang about this and abdul straight away says we r short staffed you have to wait an hour and a half, as i paid £35 pound for this i didnt think this was acceptable, after speaking on the phone i drove down (baring in mind this is during a fuel crisis and that was the "explanation" used to why they were short staffed), went into the place and screamed the place down showing him the cold wedges i recieved 10mins prior, he still told me i had to wait an hour and a half. I then tried to explain that the pizza was hot and so were the cookies and the wedges are cold so how can that be if, as the website tell you, they are checked by "quality control" before they are on the delivery status. I knew it wasnt the drivers fault as half the food was hot meaning not quality control was completed. After Abdul walked away another member of staff spoke to me and confirmed my grievances to be true as no quality checks had been done. I was told that the delivery driver was quite busy - fine. Another hour passed and eventually the delivery driver arrived. The pizza was undercooked and absolutely freezing cold. Clearly had been in the drivers bag for 2 hours. I called the manager for a refund and was told I wouldn't get one because I'd accepted the order. Disgusting. Calmly explained that as I have not yet mastered the art of time travel I cannot screenshot a transaction i made earlier. After 2 calls and still no resolution was finally given a head office number. Which only served to frustrate more as the rep there keeps playing blame tennis, telling me i have been refunded and i explain that my account says i have not.
