I have never been so shocked in my whole life at how rude the lady was that I spoke to over a Facebook message to the shops Facebook account. To begin with she was available and willing to help. But suddenly changed to.. “as I said before” at the start of her messages in a very short and snappy manner to then finally telling me she’s fully booked anyway! Wasting my whole day talking to her when I could have been shopping elsewhere if I’d have known she was fully booked.baring in mind I told her the date I needed the cake for in the very first message.
