I was very disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I stepped into the boutique I was not welcomed very well. The staff looked at me as if I was lost and not a valued or potential customer. I went ahead to purchase an item which was in the region of 5 figures in Great British Pounds. However, I did not receive the service that anyone would expect to when spending that much on an item. Furthermore, after having a look at their Instagram page I realised that other customers, who were lets say celebrity clients, were treated better, they also seated celebrities in a different room (the green room) as advertised on google and on their Instagram page, in comparison to my self where I was seated in a very small room that did not look so great. I believe that every customer should be treated the same regardless of their status. Especially if there is a service advertised on their pages. In comparison to other jewellers that I have been to, I was most definitely surprised to see a business sell such premium products but with poor customer service.

(It makes sense for the business to say that my name is not on their records as they do not give receipts for cash purchases, this means that they do not have any information on their clients that pay for products with cash, and therefore on their side do not have any...
