I'll start off by saying I hardly ever leave Google reviews, only in exceptional circumstances of which, this is one of those times.

Many people like myself may have been overwhelmed by the number of jewellery stores in Hatton Garden. I visited all the ones with the best Google reviews including Heera, Blue Angel, Heart of Diamond etc. and I found Diamond Doves was by far the best all around.

I don't want to discourage people from buying from the other stores, but I found the customer service at Diamond Doves was second to none. They didn't try to force me into buying anything at any point, nor did they encourage me to refer other people or leave them a review after my purchase.

They were very fair with their pricing and were a bit more expensive than the stores named above, but far cheaper than other stores like Queensmith. They explained their pricing clearly to me and tried to match the prices of Heera where they could.

Chintan was incredibly helpful in sourcing the specific diamond I wanted for the engagement ring as well as accomodating to the exact specification I asked for. The rings turned out exactly how I wanted and the sizing was spot on.

He would regularly contact me on WhatsApp to keep me updated and make sure I was happy with each spec. I found this to be incredibly helpful as I was kept in the loop every step of the way. He would also reply back very promptly which made the customer experience even better.

Both my partner and I purchased our weddings rings from Diamond Doves after I wanted to return following buying an engagement ring from the shop last year. On the three occasions I went to the shop, the staff were amazing. They were very patient and helpful in their effort to aid me as I had never shopped for a ring before. Whilst it was difficult for me to visualise how the engagement ring would look with the ring and stone combination, I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier with how both the engagement and wedding rings turned out. There were no hiccups with any part of the process and when collecting they fit perfectly, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I did not have to return anything and every time I did come to the shop the staff recognised who I was and were extremely welcoming. Part of the reason why I wanted to return to the shop for our wedding rings were because of the kind atmosphere and positive experience I had last year and I can safely say that my faith was amply justified. I cannot recommend Diamond Doves and the staff there enough, if you get the chance please go and support their business because I know I will not hesitate to return and purchase items from there in the future, should the opportunity arise.
