What started as a spontaneous visit on a bank holiday (with Regal being the only open store) turned into one of the best decisions I made for such a special moment in my life.

I visited Regal three days in a row, with zero guidance from my now-fiancée, and Mark was outstanding from the very beginning. On Day 1, he took the time to walk me through all the essentials – diamond cuts, settings, and what truly matters when choosing a ring. I carefully looked at each ring, and Mark’s patience and knowledge made the process much easier.

On Day 2, I compared a similar ring at a well-known competitor. The difference was immediately clear: the service at Regal, especially from Mark, was more genuine and helpful, and the ring itself (both the setting and the stone) looked noticeably better. Mark helped me find the perfect size and setting, even adjusting a detail I requested without hesitation.

On Day 3, I spent 40 minutes (sorry, Mark!) choosing between carat sizes – and again, he supported me with patience and great advice. Given our tight two-week proposal timeline, Mark ensured everything was ready in time and communicated incredibly efficiently throughout the process.

Even after the proposal (in Mallorca!), we returned twice to Regal for resizing – again, smooth, quick, and top-quality service.

I came across Regal with my missus by accident as the outside of the store looked very professional and fresh, this was the first shop that we went to at Hatton Gardens. Long story short. If you are in the market for a natural diamond ring for your engagement and or wedding bands then my recommendation is not to waste your time by going to other stores. Just ask any member of their staff to explain the 4Cs, cut, clarity, colour carat etc. (if you don’t already know). Then leave the rest to them and don’t even bother trying to get a better deal because their prices are literally unbeatable and very honest. Save yourself the time of shopping around for better deals. Daniel and Arina are the most helpful professionals that I came across whilst shopping for the engagement ring before Hatton Gardens. We had a very short amount of time to get these rings and thankfully Daniel managed to order the diamond ring and wedding bands to within 10 working days and exactly on time as promised. The ring was better than we expected it in looks and shine, all natural with triple X cut/Polish and none florescent with the GIA certification.
