Great service, and great product. I took a risk and ordered 100% online so never saw the ring before hand. The pictures were amazing and the price competitive, plus with was from the Hatton area which is what I wanted. I used the online chat and the lady was amazing, I told her which ring I was after and mentioned I needed it by 2 weeks due a big holiday to Oz where I planned to propose (not very organising but was waiting for cash to clear). She assured me the ring would be ready on time if I ordered within the next 3 days. I ordered that evening and due to the bank holding back the cash (big transaction online) I had to do it three times and call the bank. The third time in my frustration I ordered the wrong size by quite a large amount. I emailed Hatton that eve when they were closed, and phoned first thing in the morning. They were amazing and had already modified the order, they changed the online page for me in my account, and emailed me assuring me it was the correct size. Important bit is she said yes. I did find I got the size a tiny bit wrong, Hatton told me it was fine going to a local jewellers and getting it resized and it would not affect my warranty. This was great news as Hatton are only open weekdays and my fiance is in the NHS where weekdays off involve 6 months advance notice. I am very happy with the service and would urge anyone who is worried about it being a website and not a main store just to phone them as it is not autobots at the end...

I used your jewellery for valuation of my ring and your valuation came as a surprise to me as it was less than I had it valued couple of years back. I went ahead and valued at another prominent jeweller and valuation was carried by an IRV and as expected the valuation increased with a big amount. I sent you an email and was not convinced with all your explanation and process you have used to make the value less than what it should have been. The least you could have offered was to refund the valuation cost which you didnāt even think of . Very unprofessional and quite surprising how easy is it for your jewellery to lose customers and not to mention how unfriendly your staff is when I arrived for my first appointment. Total regret that I have used you at first place and the amount of time that gone wasted too. I would give you less than 1 star if there was . Adding: Replying to your response which I just read now- your defensive response says it all. There was no threat of whatsoever. Reviews are done if customers not happy with your service and we have all the right to not recommend you based on our experience which you still not getting. I had emailed the lady multiple times with what i am looking for but she had ignored all my emails and only used sources from one. So all the ideas i had were essentially ignored. The images i sent had unique designs with yellow gold, she (a blonde lady, someone else has also complained about) brought out rings that were the most generic design EVER with WHITE gold and when i told her this is not even close to what i want, she told me what i want is not functional for everyday wear and that i wouldnt be able to do housework wearing it... firstly i never asked for her opinion on the style and secondly her attitude was horrible and disgusting to assume that all ill be doing is housework. She mentioned this one more time in our convo. Im not some 1950's house wife that will sit at home and stare at my ring to be happy that my husband gives me an ounce of attention and throws jewellery in my face to keep me quite... she sure looked like it though. I made this booking to get ideas of pricing for the rings i sent but she had not even prepared this.
