Had my son's 1st birthday there on the 10th July and I'm torn between what I loved about the place the most, between; The prompt, great communication/excellent customer service by Mr.G himself, the love & personal attention to everything from the food&drink, the freshness and most scrumptious of Grenadian food, the wide variety of selection of foods, the attentive-nothing is too much service by the waiting staff, the friendliest shop owners surrounding the restaurant, the family-friendliness appeal of the area, the rustic, colourful yet homely and comfortable furnishings & finishings or the option to sit & enjoy yourself outdoors especially in these times with so many beautiful things to look at! I recently visited this restaurant on a client's recommendation. I met the owner and chef, "Garfield," who is originally from Grenada, by the way. I didn't expect such a down-to-earth and friendly personality from someone who is so humble and amusingly self-effacing when receiving compliments. The food was authentic, and as someone familiar with Jamaican cuisine, I can confidently recommend this place to both those who are already familiar with it and those who are yet to experience the joy of the culture. This restaurant has now become a go-to spot and a recommendation for all my Rockfield Guitar Engineering clients, whether they are famous or not. Thank you, Garfield. I'll see you next week. If your in need of true real Jamaican food and a bit of fun this is the place to be. It is set in a beautiful court yard in Wimbledon. The award winning Garfield will cook to your specification. He welcomes all customers as if they are visiting his home, he is a real entertainer. The restaurant has a very homely feel and the ambiance is true Jamaican style.
