Leaving this review in the hope it'll prompt an improvement here, along with the many other negative reviews. Went in today to get a bun. The staff I saw were miserable and unkind. The one behind the counter couldn't even smile at customers as they ordered. I watched the barista sloshing milk into a cup without any care or attention to detail. She then shouted out the order for the customer to collect the drinks. Why can't you take the drinks out to the customer? Get more staff on, if you are understaffed. I'm sure you can afford it. Some customers are elderly and unsteady on their feet. It'll also save people loitering around waiting, clearing space and making the whole experience less chaotic. The staff here probably complain they don't earn enough, which is why they're miserable. But if you can't even smile at customers and project some positivity, do you honestly think you deserve more money?
Why on earth should anyone frequent this place, when it has nothing to make it stand out from anywhere else? Having nice pastries is not good enough. In fact, although I went in for one of those delicious cinnamon slices, after witnessing this shambles I decided that they didn't deserve my money, so I left. I suggest other people stop giving them your money too, until they earn it.
I already knew this place was one to avoid if you want a decent coffee, but now I definitely won't bother visiting again. This is just another big shiny place which has opened up in Hampstead in the hope of hoovering up some money...

I liked the freshly baked crispy pastries, a lot of sugar with lots of chocolate coating, enough sweets for the next whole week. I will come back to one of those branches in a month again. The guy waiting for coffee outside told that he was waiting for more than 10 minutes for coffee and I joined the queue. I just remembered the problem during the lockdown last autumn in the restaurant I work for : Only 7-9pm most of customers via delivery takeaways, restaurant customers and restaurant takeaways come all at once and customers complained due to delayed servings, despite the fact that there had never been almost zero profit delivery takeaway orders before the pandemic. Customers should consider the situation due to the challenges operating at minimum cost in such difficult circumstances for most of hospitality businesses since last year, it is wise to change thei8r eating or meeting routine a little to less busy times - 3 pm, 9 pm, etc. and it will make huge help for most of food businesses to utilise resources better, reducing unpleasant complaints and avoid degraded services to customers due to excessive demands during typical meal times. This was busy and packed on a Sunday morning and so was everywhere else. I must have been super lucky and got a nice table. If you are eating in and it is busy, get a table first or you will be left standing. Order at the counter. They will call you when your order is ready. No table service. The black americano and Smoked Salmon Roll were delicious. Couldn't fault it. Tasty and satisfying. Nice range of sweet treats, rolls, pastries, cakes and more. I have tried their sweet items in the past but I find them very sweet and sickening. The savoury items are better. Coffee is spot on. Feast your eyes over the counter display and make a choice! If you are with others, get a few items and share. Nice branch with a lot of seating but very close together. Despite how busy they were, service was fast and efficient and I got my items very quickly. My issue was the rudeness of the lady with the short hair who I believe was the manager. Super rude and unfriendly. Grumpy and no care for customers. Other staff were more pleasant. Reasonably clean but floors and seats needed a lot more care.
