She went on to sell me one common pleco and one brittlenoesd pleco, which were diseased and now all my other fish have died. He listened to my story, particularly the 80% chance that it will die. He not only provided extremely helpful advice but also showed that he wasn't there only to make money out of customers. He recommended salts I already had (epsom) and did not try to sell any other product like other sellers. He even provided me with a bottle of Bio-Bac as a gift.
