I recently bought two plecos. I asked the yoing lady if she had two common plecos. She obviously did not know there are different species and said "yes". She went on to sell me one common pleco and one brittlenoesd pleco, which were diseased and now all my other fish have died. I have a goldfish that has dropsy. I went to visit this shop to look for a remedy for it. David, the owner couldn't have been more helpful or kind. He listened to my story, particularly the 80% chance that it will die. He not only provided extremely helpful advice but also showed that he wasn't there only to make money out of customers. He recommended salts I already had (epsom) and did not try to sell any other product like other sellers. He even provided me with a bottle of Bio-Bac as a gift.
