Bagel King — Restaurant in London

This place is nothing short of the word EPIC! Definitely gets a legendary status from me. Firstly, I have to make a public apology to my grandma because apple crumble doesn't get better than this place. Whoever came up with the recipe deserves a promotion! I grew up in a jamaican household and their Jerk chicken bagel with cheese and sauce is... insert happy tears emoji. Just try it people and get some plantain too they don't play with their portions! Slushie was superb. I personally didn't like the Sorrel & Ginger and the pineapple punch was ok. I can't knock these guys on that though because everything else was OUTSTANDING! Hope to try the Guinness punch next time. You'll definitely see my face again, thank you very much. I was one satisfied customer and still am.

P. S Someone mentioned a dry bagel in a previous review. I figured out what must of happened... The bagels are so good that obviously the delivery man ate the bagel from bagel King and gave you one from the local supermarket. I would most likely do the same and that why I don't do takeaway deliveries 🤗....

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Bagel King, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. First off, the plantains—what a letdown! They were either burnt to a crisp or so soggy they were practically inedible. It’s hard to believe that something so simple can be executed so poorly.

But the issues didn’t stop there. The staff seemed completely disinterested in providing any form of customer service. There was no warmth or willingness to help, and it felt rushed from the moment I walked in. When I tried to ask for my food to be heated, I was met with bewildered looks, almost as if I was crazy for wanting a warm meal. The lack of communication made the whole ordering process frustrating and awkward.

Overall, I would strongly advise against eating at Bagel King. The food is not worth your money, and the service only adds to the unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that values its customers and knows how to prepare their food properly. Trust me, you’ll thank...

Last night was my 2nd visit to Bagel king. All I had was a beef Pattie,was still hungry so I went back and bought 6 BBQ chicken wings. 😣Those wings gave me food poisoning messed me up all night and it's now morning and still got bad diahorrea and pounding headache similar to a hang over...The first time I bought your Jerk chicken it was all pink inside and not cooked. Never again!!!!!! Guys, please don't be caught out by the hype about the legacy of this place,l and how long it's been there because clearly the original bagel king owners from 2003/4 are not present and these young guys serving food don't give a damn about the quality of food they are serving you. My health was put at risk, and they will keep feeding those poor kids that flock their shop all day old/rotten meat. I'm surprised bagel king haven't been shut down. 6 bloody chicken wings!!!!!!!
