I had 2 broken legs and had gone to the store for help with a very delicate and expensive Chanel chiffon and ostrich feather brooch. Not only did the staff not approach me to help (and I wasn't dressed like a beggar but in a gold Chanel jacket, chincilla fur and a croc Hermes kelly) but I was left limping and standing there like a leper while the staff averted their eyes and after a lot of waiting, was told they cannot help me. And when I asked them if they could kindly give me a bag for my gold Chanel jacket since I was carrying a bunch of small bags from Cartier etc, they told me they cannot provide anything and finally, when I told them I don't care if it's a GARBAGE BAG, I have 2 crutches and hands full with an extra jacket and small bags. I just need to be able to safely get home without tripping over myself. They gave me a black garbage like bag, so thank you. I really think Chanel should provide training to their staff about how to treat people who have disabilities as we are not lepers, poor or disenfranchised, just because we are less able physically. The shop's insensitivity towards me was apalling. I got a very rude French man who upon telling me he couldn't help me, continued working on his cashier terminal and just ignored me. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a truly wonderful experience at the Chanel boutique on Walton Street. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. The service was impeccable ā thoughtful without being intrusive ā and every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. The boutique itself is stunning, and the entire experience felt special and luxurious from start to finish. I left not only with a beautiful piece, but also with a genuine appreciation for the craftsmanship and service that Chanel is known for. Their team is equally exceptional when it comes to aftercare or if you need to make an additional purchase ā always helpful, responsive, and just as gracious as during the initial visit. Also worth mentioning ae the very kind gentlemen at the front ā always polite and welcoming, they set the tone for a great experience from the moment you arrive. Out of all the Chanel boutiques in London, the Walton Street location is by far my favourite. I always choose to come here because of the consistent service, warmth, and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit so memorable ā Iāll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a very bizarre experience today, I went in looking for a mini coco which I knew had just been released with the new collection. I was served by an Asian lady I wish I had taken her name, very rude and tbh I think she was actually racist, she claimed that they didnāt have the bag so I asked her to check other stores which she did but now when I think back in my head there was a different bag on the screen so I think she hadnāt even brought up the bag I wanted. She then goes onto say thereās only availability in Heathrow, I replied perfect I am travelling Thursday I can pick it up with the personal shopping services and she replies they donāt do it anymore since covid. Anyway I knew she was behaving funny so I went Sloane Street and guess what they had the bag and in multiple quantities which was funny because the SA had mentioned only Heathrow was carrying the bag anyway I got my bag and to top it off I emailed Heathrow and YES they still offer the services. This lady is a liar and very unpleasant, she needs customer service training on how to treat customers no matter...
