The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from Harrods, making it ideal for anyone wanting to be close to the best shopping and attractions in London. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were a highlight—shoutout to Natalia and Anton for being so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was nice and provided a good start to the day. Overall, it was a great experience, but the hotel lacks some amenities you might expect from a four-star property, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Still, I’d definitely recommend this place for its location and service

I really wanted to like this hotel, location is fantastic, right next to Harrods up a quiet side road. There is a free for all drinks cupboard in the cosy reception plus water in the room. The staff were all so lovely and really nice people, breakfast in bed was superb too, however the three stars is because our room wasn’t clean at all, the bed had been changed but there was a lot of hair and dust everywhere in the room. The rooms, well our room, was much smaller than the photos on the website and needed some thorough TLC and a lick of paint. The staff were very apologetic when I mentioned this and came to hoover.

The breakfasts are a disaster – you have the option of either eating in your tiny room on the bed or in the lounge downstairs - We were shocked!! The bed was tiny for 2 people and very uncomfortable. The room when we walked in was FREEZING cold. (in October). They gave us a small heater!! The bathrooms have no extractor fan or windows, also icy cold. The taps or faucets hardly working. In the shower unbelievably complicated to use. Once you have a shower the water goes all over the floor, fogs up the mirror and the walls are soaking, even mouldy.

CATFISHED. The entire hotel has shoddy interior including snake skin wallpaper every wear - thin cheap walls which have holes in. The lift is suspect claustrophobic nightmare only allowing 2 people inside with a metallic shutter on springs which violently shuts on you. There is no breakfast, unless you over pay them to essentially deliver you some bread and fruit on a tray. I was staying with my partner who is celiac, so zero options for her. This hotel deceives you with its online pictures and boasts a complimentary scone on arrival but that didn't happen. I was embarrassed that I'd taken my partner for her 40th birthday here.

Lets talk about the room. Have you stayed in a travelodge before? how about one that hasn't been updated since the 70's? okay then you're getting close only at a travelodge you at least are provided with a kettle, cups of tea, coffee etc. Here, forgot about it. We had a balcony which had a decent view so there is clearly all potential given its location. The shower was old and brutal aesthetically. Given the thin walls, I wasn't able to get much sleep which is unusual for me because I don't struggle often but we could here the rooms next to us, constant load creaks and the wind was causing a disturbing structural noise from outside. The place feel like how I'd imagine a brothel to feel like

Their is no room service and one member of staff was grumpy when I requested two forks for the food we had ordered in What a disgrace of a place, I couldn't wait to leave When checking out, I was asked about my experience to which I replied that this clearly isn't a 4 star hotel and that I was disappointed. Nothing was offered to compensate for this experience.

Granted, I should have done better homework - so if you've taken the time to read this review hopefully I've saved you from being...

Terrible Experience – Would Not RecommendWe had a deeply disappointing stay at Beaufort Garden in Knightsbridge. We checked in late after a long, busy day in London, hoping for a relaxing night, but the experience was far from that. Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit with an unpleasant smell. The bathroom in particular had a strong, off-putting odor that made the space feel unclean. I called down to ask if they had a phone charger, as I had forgotten mine – not only was I ignored at first, but after some time I was simply told "no" without any offer of help or alternatives. The customer service left a lot to be desired. The pillows in the room smelled awful and felt unclean, to the point where I couldn’t use them and had to sleep without any, which gave me a headache. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and creaked constantly with any movement.Throughout the night, we heard knocking sounds and noise from reception and neighboring rooms all the way until 3am – not exactly a peaceful stay. To make things worse, I noticed flies in the room and even found an insect in the bathroom.Given that Knightsbridge is known for its high standards and quality, this hotel was shockingly subpar and absolutely not worth the money we paid. I regret staying here, and the experience has put me off staying at any hotel in Knightsbridge again.Avoid this place if you’re expecting anything close to comfort, cleanliness, or...

If I could give 0 I would. Do NOT spend any money here. The inside does not look like the pictures. It is a real life catfish situation.

A travelodge is better value.

This 'boutique hotel' is a horror house.

I was shocked by the snakeskin wallpaper throughout the hallways! I felt scared to leave the room and I had to ask my partner to get me some water from reception which was 5 floors down and back up because you can't drink the water from the taps in the room.

There were loud bangs throughout the night and the walls were so thin. The windows rattled. There is no kettle in the room. No room service. The door shook when there was movement outside. The shower was very odd. We were on the top floor and the door to the outside balcony was scuffed and mouldy. The balcony itself was a dumping ground and dirty. The door to the bathroom was warped.

There is odd art throughout the property. The hallways and stairs are so narrow it made me feel claustrophobic but the weird tiny, slow lift was so dire I chose to take the awful stairs with the grim striped carpet and snakeskin wallpaper floor to ceiling. It was all very odd.

I've never experienced anything like it and in such a location and such a good looking property from the outside. There is so much potential. I didn't speak to the staff but it was such a strange atmosphere.

Definitely spend your money elsewhere.

I would describe the hotel as...
