Adrian is great! I started remote PT sessions with him a couple of months ago to establish a good workout routine and lose a few pounds before Christmas. At the time my knee was in a pretty bad shape (I couldn't walk for more than one hour, otherwise it would start flaring up). I explained to Adrian my situation, and he gave me a few exercises, with possibility of progression and regression based on how my knee felt, to put it back in shape. He also pointed at my posture and encouraged me to be mindful of it while standing up. Almost two months in, I was able to go on several walks without my knee bothering me, and we are now stepping the pace of our sessions up. I was particularly impressed by Adrian's knowledge of the body, as well as his attention to details even in the remote setting, where he sees me through a screen. Several times during a session he would tell me to move a hand or a foot in a different position to do the exercise the right way, or he would ask me questions to understand what muscle I was feeling burning to make sure that I was focusing on the right one. As if it wasn't enough, he is kind and very responsive - he even encouraged me to write to him in case my knee flares up during a walk so that he can help me with some exercises to try and relieve the pain. Read moreI arranged a meeting with Adrian in London to review my wellness before starting workouts with him. I'd been doing 4 hits sessions a week and had been trying to eat clean, but it's not easy with my sweet tooth and busy life.
To my surprise he told me I looked very tired, we talked about how much sleep I was getting, or lack of mainly due to early starts and restless sleep.
Adrian recommended some supplements to help with sleep and energy levels and then told me to take the week off from workouts and to wind down an hour before bed.
To be honest I was shattered and my body loved the extra sleep and rest. I felt re-energised during my first workout a week later.
I look forward to taking the next step and working out with Adrian in the gym.
