Avoid Completely wouldn't recommend this place and I am hoping this review saves someone else the trouble of being conned out of money. This clinic is a waste of time and money. I bought an online deal for whitening which I 100% regret booking with this clinic. They do not care about your teeth, patient experience with them or the finished results. It is just about money for this clinic. I complained and was fobbed off by the clinic manager with a half arse response and a load of lies to justify them keeping my money and refusing a refund despite me never having the treatment done. I would never trust a dentist or aesthetic clinic that is willing to lie to its clients in order to pocket someone's money. Do your research and book somewhere else because as with my experience, a cheap service does not give you quality!! It is not worth the hassle to save a few pennies!! They are unprofessional and have absolutely no integrity what so ever!! I contacted the GDC about this clinic. They have no registered dentists for this clinic which means there whitening treatments are illegal!!! Avoid Avoid AVOID!!!

Update to response: To me, your reviews show you pick and choose which clients to give a positive experience to. Doesn't mean you are not an unprofessional clinic. The fact you have reviews from customers complaining of verbal abuse from staff that you have not responded to speaks volumes! To clarify, you've made up your own reasons to refuse a refund to me as you did not respond to messages surrounding my appointment and you also did not confirm appointment details until the DAY OF the appointment. You are lieing for the sake of the review and you lack integrity. I hope other customers see this and refuse to give you business!! I recently had my teeth whitened with Daiyah Clinic and I am so impressed with the results. I put off having this done for years as I’ve always been very nervous due to my sensitive teeth, however, I had nothing to worry about. On arrival at the clinic I was met by Marina who welcomed me and got me to fill out a consent form. She then took me through to the treatment area where I was introduced to the staff doing the procedure. Before the teeth whitening started, I was given an in-depth walk-through as to what would happen, which put my mind at ease. They explained how many shades white I would hopefully go as well as going through any pre-existing medical and dental problems i had.

The actual process took a total of 45 minutes (3x15 minute intervals). Not once, did I feel any sensitivity, and throughout the procedure I was constantly asked how I was feeling and if I was in any discomfort which was lovely from a patient’s point of view. I managed to go 12 shades lighter and I’ve never been happier with my teeth. I really would recommend this process to anyone contemplating getting it done. I was also sent home with an at Home kit that I could use over the course of a year to top up when I feel necessary (I was told this could also take you a few shades lighter too). I went to Daiyah Aesthetics today and the lady who done my teeth whitening was a very friendly and absolutely wonderful lady named Anaya. She made me feel very comfortable and at total ease through the procedure. She was an absolutely amazing person and a perfect dental practitioner for someone like me who has a phobia of dentists. I was explained every part of the procedure very calmly and nicely. She made sure I was comfortable at every single part of the procedure and I was extremely satisfied with her level of customer care, expertise and so much kind consideration for people going through this teeth whitening procedure to make them feel happy. The results were fantastic I noticed serious whitening and anyone who wants to get teeth whitening done and be treated in a friendly and comforting manner a person like Anaya who was my dental practitioner is highly recommended and I strongly encourage people to ask for her specifically to do their treatment as they won’t be disappointed. The procedure was an absolute easy procedure for me due to the thorough expertise and professionalism of Anaya.
