Nestled in the vibrant heart of London, Hiba offers an unforgettable journey into the rich and flavorful world of Palestinian cuisine. From the moment you step inside, the warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

The décor is a delightful blend of modern elegance and traditional Middle Eastern elements. Intricate mosaics, soft lighting, and comfortable seating create an inviting ambiance that makes you feel right at home. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, eager to guide you through the menu and ensure your dining experience is nothing short of perfect.

The menu at Hiba is a celebration of Palestinian culinary heritage. Each dish is crafted with the finest ingredients and a meticulous attention to detail. Start your meal with a selection of mezze – the hummus is creamy and rich, the falafel crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the baba ghanoush has a smoky depth that is truly addictive.

For the main course, the Musakhan is a must-try. This traditional Palestinian dish features succulent roasted chicken seasoned with sumac, served on a bed of caramelized onions and warm, fluffy taboon bread. The Maqluba, a savory upside-down rice dish with tender lamb and a medley of vegetables, is another highlight that showcases the restaurant's dedication to authenticity and flavor.

Vegetarians and vegans will also find plenty to love, with a variety of dishes that are as hearty and satisfying as they are delicious. The stuffed vine leaves and the lentil soup are particularly noteworthy, bursting with vibrant flavors and aromatic spices.

No meal at Hiba is complete without sampling their desserts. The Kunafa, a sweet and cheesy pastry soaked in syrup, is a delightful way to end your meal. Paired with a cup of traditional Arabic coffee, it provides the perfect finale to a truly remarkable dining experience.

In conclusion, Hiba stands out as a beacon of Palestinian cuisine in London. Its combination of exquisite food, impeccable service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a destination worth visiting time and time again. Whether you are a connoisseur of Middle Eastern food or new to the cuisine, this restaurant promises to leave you with lasting memories and a...

It’s unfortunate to give a review this low however I was very disappointed with the service and interactions with the staff at this restaurant. There were maybe 5 staff members and no one was welcoming, it seemed like I was interrupting them. The seating was very tight but that’s fine due to the restaurant being very small but the seats in the corner that we were sitting in were dirty and covered in cobwebs or accumulated dust! The table next to us had finished and the staff started cleaning the table but they sprayed the cleaning solution on the table vs the cloth, this could have gotten in our food (which we were still eating) and they started sweeping, again the dust/ dirt could have easily gotten in the food. It just didn’t feel like they were cleaning in a way that was in our best interest. When taking the order they missed one dish which I asked to have removed from the bill and the server said I didn’t order it in the first place so it wouldn’t be on the bill, however when checking what i ordered on my phone that item was on the list - this was what I showed him when he was writing down the order for the table. A simple sorry would have sufficed even if they didn’t mean it but this added onto the dissatisfaction we had. I don’t normally take off service charge however there’s no option to remove it, the table next to ours had enquired about it and they said it was not removable therefore I didn’t ask for it to be removed, I would have requested to remove it if I hadn’t hear the conversation. After paying and when leaving the restaurant they didn’t even acknowledge us. This solidified the terrible experience at this restaurant. Also they don’t have a toilet. Overall this was a very disappointing experience and i would not come back again nor recommend this...

I am so happy me and my friends stumbled upon this restaurant by chance after a plan fell through. It is one of the greatest food experiences I’ve ever had in London, and is the most value you will ever get out of your money and time.

Firstly, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who went out of their way to get us a spot quickly by moving tables and setting them up outside (away from the regular dining area) just for us. We were greeted with kindness, good spirits, and humour, and our every single need was tended to or even anticipated ahead of us saying anything. The staff took their time to explain in great detail the food and give personal recommendations and accommodations, treating us like friends. They even gave my friend a cloth to take home and helped clean some spilled water in their bag!

As for the food itself — absolutely fantastic. Explosive flavours, warm and soft bread, amazing textures. We ate almost in complete silence because we could not believe how amazing it was.

Clearly this is loved by the local community, and easily puts any more ‘fancy’ restaurants serving similar food to shame. I wish I lived closer just so I could come here more often. Recommend this to absolutely everyone - you will not be...
